Hi all. For all those who enjoyed watching ST demos as much as I did when I was an early teen (and still now in my mid-40's!) I have been working on this for the last few years. It launched a couple of years ago but is updated quite regularly. It completely replaces a very old version of DemoBaseST which was part of the GameBaseST torrent. I'll let the website tell you all about it, but please have a look if you're interested http://www.demobase.st/ All the best! Dave.

hmm interesting. the version i have is slightly different (possibly changed by hand). instead of spooks there are mummies, the snake is called a sphinx, and im sure there is no dalek in it. i will have to wait and see what happens should the imaging be successful. -

ok ive contacted Deathtrappomegranate and will try and get the tapes sent to him over the next couple of days. like I said in my PM to him, I remember Ladder Maze, a 3D line-drawn maze where you had to find the exit by going through 'elevator-style' doors, finding a ladder to span pits, collecting a map [if you were really lucky] and avoiding the terrifying black square monster faces. whenever they caught up with you the screen used to suddenly flash and make a terrible ripping noise, then you were told you became a monster's dinner. fantastic game, it's probably responsible for my partially-greying hair, and im only 29! -

im located in Leicester. TBH im not sure where the source for the games came from - i was a mere 5-year-old when my older cousin provided me with the tapes (and his Atari 400!) when he upgraded to an 800XL. i always thought he did them himself because he changed the credits to himself and his partner "Pip and Krammy". unfortunately i dont have a music tape player so i cant have a try at imaging them myself. i'll try atarimania.com first as they were the first to post, if thats ok. Wrathchild - ive looked at all the versions of Chicken that are on Atarmania but the one i have here isnt one of them. -
looking for someone to image tapes

ive tried that site but cant find any of them. some of the games are: Wild Strawberries, Subhunter 2, Martian Explorer, Bats, Chicken, Under the Orchard Wall, Mini Golf, Sardauker, Ladder Maze, Dr. Who Adventure. the tapes are still in good condition - they have been in their cases and stored in a warm cupboard. im willing to pay a small fee for anyone's help. -
Hi everyone, Im new here, but I normally reside on atari-forums. Im asking to see whether there is anyone who can take a handful of 8-bit tapes and create an image file from them which would be compatible with Atari800Win+. The tapes had been handed down to me years ago (they're about 25 years old and I believe they're games typed in from magazines). I've not played them for over 20 years and would love to see them again. Thanks for any help, Dave.
