Who needs socials skills? It's the 21 first century. Everyone knows I"M the most important person and don't need anything from anybody....except this long list I'm entitled to for whatever reason.

1 in 7 have some sort of neurological disorder, 2% have autism (almost by definition a social skills disorder). I see 3 year olds with their face buried in iPads, and it's worse with adults addicted to their phones.

@Cybercylon yeah. A good example is the old "hold the door" for someone test. I find it's at a point now, where only about 40% of the people you hold a door for say, "Thank you". Likewise, only about 30% look behind when walking through the door to make sure the door isn't slamming in someone else's face.
