  1. Yeah, I'd like to know too... I've taken my Gen2 apart before and theirs not alot of room in that case.. the 32X was a beast.
  2. Well those atrocities were all Nintendo's fault lol... they first got Sony to make them a CD drive.. then fucked them over for Phillips who then got the rights to Nintendo properties when they decided not to go through with the whole SNES CD thing... shame on you Nintendo and your backstabbing
  3. While it would seem like a waste of the jags power, a compilation title of many different board games would be nice, once again.. shame on Telegames for not releasing Ultimate Brain Games on the jag Hell.. Jag Monopoly would be a fun idea lol We could base it on the state of the Jag scene on Ebay.. parkplace and broadway could be Battlesphere Gold and the Catbox.. the goto jail could be "SweetStuff4U beat you on the auction go back to Ebay do not collect Overpriced game"
  4. Hah hah hah Just had a heated bidding war with Buddybuddies.. he really wanted that Jag Doom x)
  5. If you could find a programmer I might be interested in doing the graphic work for a Lynx version. Who owns the rights to this game anyways? That might be the only issue if you wanted a Lynx version.
  6. If you decide to sell anymore NeoGeo or Jaguar stuff let me know I might be interested
  7. My console setup mainly displays a Jaguar, but I have a Sega CD-X and Playstation tucked away and quickly switchable so I can play Bubsy, Bubsy II, and Bubsy 3D. In my opinion, I think the Jaguar could run all the Bubsy games (since Bubsy 3D is a low end example of the Playstation's abilities.) Maybe I'll port them all to the Jag one day. (A dream of mine.) Bubsy needs a revival and your probly the man for the job hah hah. After Bubsy 3D I think the developers gave up on the Bubsy franchise... if you ever do make a Bubsy game for the Jag it should be an original
  8. Sorry if this has already been posted but none of my searches yielded anything. Does anybody offer Replacement boxes and manuals for Jag games? I havn't really seen any but i have seen auctions for packs of display boxes for retail stores sell on Ebay. I know I'd pay for quality reproductions if somebody offered that service since I don't have box nor manual for my loose Ultra Vortek and Defender 2000
  9. Not enough to justify it's terrible framerate, if that's what you mean. From what I hear, Battlesphere was a lot better. If only Atari knew the concepts of "optimize" and "playtest" I still love the game but what the hell were they thinking with the Dark Stages?? "I know! Lets make a level where you can't see anything.. the frame rate would be through the ROOF! Also lets throw in some "Flares" that do jack shit and pack it up." How many polygons on screen could the Jag handle?
  10. SS4U seems to have a bid on almost EVERY composite cable, glad I got mine from GoAtari earlier this year... I wonder how many he's gonna hoard and markup... it's gonna be a lot harder to complete my collection with people like that buying up all the reasonally priced auctions and marking themup for resale
  11. Ultimate Brain Games would have done the trick, too bad Telegames turned it's back on the Jag after pumping more life into it in 96... they had many games they could have released or licensed but they didn't cause it wasn't cost effective nor did their last 6 titles bring in the profit they expected.. but at 60-70 a game when they first released them what did they expect? (I know I never got the Telegames title when they were still selling them in the US because of the steep prices) I just got Towers II (put me back $90... saved 10 on Carls Sale though ) what I wouldn't give for more of the titles they had in the works
  12. Guess you've never seen or played Powerslave for Saturn.. it's hands down the most beautiful 2D FPS (for it's time) I've played on a console (a close second behind Disruptor for the PSX) the PSX Powerslave was seriously lacking in comparison especially in color, resolution and frame rate.
  13. Hey Gabriel.. laugh lol the "commandments" were intended as a joke and not in need of an up close evaulation.
  14. It's a bootleg of some sort (or so it looks like)... what Sega Console was the lot of games for?
  15. Well according to the Rumble Pack mod for the VB, it's accomplished by adding another headphone jack thats connected to the negative terminal of the speaker, this could also apply to the Game Gear. I'm not sure what it picks up to activate the rumble but it be interesting to find out. and yes, I forgot the GG was stereo it just sounds mono since only headphones give you stereo sound on these things
  16. I know this is a little off topic but since you seem to be talking about the sound circuits, from a Virtual Boy mod I saw it's might be possible to build a "rumble pack" for the game gear, though it's mono sound might not work so well with the idea
  17. Which issue was that?? I think we'd all be interested in seeing a scan of that.
  18. Sounds more like nintendo is trying to make you buy extra stuff... "This Game Needs the Classic Controller for proper play" $CHA-CHING$ More money in Nintendo's pockets
  19. Can't play games very well with only one arm <.< Don't need legs though. my thoughts exactly Do you actually plan to use an Alpine board for development? Cause it really sucks when collectors buy them all up and developers with the cash for it can't get one because the programming deficient collectors have bought them all up.
  20. don't forget Toshinden URA, made Remix look like a masterpiece.
  21. Thats a pretty damn good deal, if the joystick sucks you could easily replace it with a Jamma style joystick. It'd be easy to hack one for use on just about any console too
  22. I think somebody should reverse engineer a Jag Voice Modem, release a new and available version so that 1) Others can get one and 2) some enterprising homebrewers can make new games that actually take advantage of the damn thing.
  23. Can't play games very well with only one arm <.<
  24. That seller had the same exact auction up around a month ago or so and the BIN was something like $4,000 haha. It's the exact same picture, so it obviously didn't sell (whew.) He wants 600 for both the N64 zeldas?? like thats every gonna sell, most of his auctions are like inflated 400% rediculous Sounds like an even more eccentric version of ss4u :-/ I don't know why he thinks he's gonna get the amount he's selling for, most of his stuff isn't "extremely rare" as he puts it...
