I was there two weeks ago and while the place had a lot of vendors, not one was selling flea market type stuff. It was all that fake made in china crap. You can give it a shot as that was the only time I've ever been there, but I wouldn't recommend it. Which markets do you usually hit up?

I was thinking about buying from them before but some research turned up this: http://www.resellerratings.com/store/baysoftgames_inc They seem to be a very shady company.

The Official "Thrift finds" Thread

Nice. You probably picked up $125+ worth of games there. -
Whatever happened with that clown who bought the sealed playaround double ender and one side didn't work and then he threatened to harrass all your buyers? He pretty much blackmailed me into refunding him and sent the game back. I had to just take his word on it that he sent me back the one i sent him........it could be, but will never know for sure. The feedback was taken care of mutually removed. Thats why i just can't wait to see the fun i will have with this new worsened feedback system in place. Tell me about it. The inmates now run the asylum.

Hi, Been meaning to update everyone. Some folks at digital press accused me of selling a refurbished system as new because apparently the CDI never came shrinkwrapped. This system had shipping labels on it from Magnavox to "Best Electronics" (a former electronics store similar to best buy). However, I felt incredibly nervous now and wanting to be 100% sure it was new, opened the plastic. The box's seal wasn't completely broken but was hanging on by a thread (this thing came from a flea market after years of being stored god knows where!), but again to be sure, I opened it. This thing IS brand new. It was almost worth opening it to be able to see a machine in such perfect condition. I will be re-writing up the auction and putting it up again on Sunday starting at $0.01. Just for the record guys, I don't do side deals. I hate when your trying to buy something and some jagoff makes a side deal.

Relisted it today after removing the outer plastic and it is indeed brand new: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...E:IT&ih=021 Original Message: Yes, it's mine. I picked it up and don't have any want to collect it, so I'm putting it on the bay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...E:IT&ih=021

BEWARE OF THIS EBAY SELLER RETRODELEE

The only way to get reliable tracking for international shipping via USPS is to use Express Mail International (EMI), which you'll commonly see referred to as EMS (the postal service recently revamped all the international mail classes). Unfortunately this is also one of the most expensive classes of international mail. For a one pound package to Canada, you're talking $23 versus only $4.66 for First Class International (the cheapest rate). There's also Global Express Guaranteed, but that's even more crazy expensive (over $50 for a one pound package). http://www.usps.com/international/expressm...ternational.htm ..Al Actually I believe Priority mail international now offers tracking. I shipped something to south korea expecting to only get delivery confirmation and turns out the package was tracked. Here's the tracking # CV001826755US -

An hour of work to fill out "a large number of customs forms"? What a line of bullshit.. It takes a minute to fill out the SINGLE customs form required for sending a package to Canada (or any other country). I do them electronically and it takes me maybe an extra 10 seconds (if that!) to type in the information and that's the only extra time it takes me to ship international packages versus those being shipped within the US. ..Al Right on, Al! I was going to say the same thing but ya beat me to it. I'd like to add that if the package weighs less than 1 pound - which shipping one cart most certainly does - then NO customs form is required! I actually believe it's under 4 pounds doesn't require a customs form. Either way though it only takes a few seconds to fill out.

Is is so hard to wrap the game in bubble wrap, grab a *FREE* postal box and make a cardboard shell for the game. Stick it in a big envelope and fold it down. Takes 2-3 minutes and the game will arrive safe and sound. Plus it's cheaper than buying a bunch of padded envelopes.

3 are flashbacks, and one is a ps2 that works "most of the time".

Another fun situation i am now dealing with on ebay!
flyers156 replied to Atarimania75's topic in Auction Central
Boy I see we have a lot of my way of the high way people. You want to solve your problem? E-mail every seller your considering purchasing something off of and ask them if they will leave feedback ASAP after they receive your payment. It does you and the seller a favor. It'll allow you to only buy from people who will do things how you want to, and will give sellers a chance to block you as many don't want to deal with one of "those guys". "Feedback is optional" It stars and ends with that. Buyers and sellers can leave feedback if they want to whenever and however they want to, and if you don't like it, fine. Don't let the door hit you on the way out there are millions of other game buyers out there. -

Exactly why I leave feedback second. Guys a complete tool who's clearly running a scam. Who the fuck spends $75.00 on a sealed atari game and fucking opens it to play?!?!?! You'll probably get just the cart back because he "threw the empty box away". Fact is sellers get screwed over more than buyers do and as someone who buys and sells on ebay CONSTANTLY, I have ZERO problem leaving feedback first as a buyer as I know how it works. Don't give that mofo anything back as that message vomits scam.
