    CGE 2004

Sometimes change is good..... I will admit that Las Vegas was fun every time that I attended CGE. Great shows, great food, although the Plaza rooms were a bit old. But, with more classic gaming alumni attending this years show, it makes CGE that much better.

Great! I would love to see the trackball, especially if it's working. Can't wait for the show!

    OKGE 2004!

Would that be the O2 trackball that I remember seeing? Brad
  4. Someone caught the auction, it's gone now. Thank you Dan, for the new Dreamcast games! Brad
  5. Burgertime on a Jaguar......... Yes, it's an unreleased game that I found in the back of a trash dumpster! Seriously, I just displayed to many consoles on that table. It was "Arcade's Greatest Hits, The Midway Collection 2" on my PSOne. OKGE was a great show. Hopefully, we can have another this year. A big "THANK YOU" to Jesse, and everyone that helped him with OKGE last year! Brad
  6. Found a few goodies today, A pile of 2600 carts at a used game store, that would not give me a price for all, so I paid $1.95 each for these: Front Line Ghostbusters Piece O' Cake Later, at a thrift store, I found several Genesis carts priced $2.00 each. (complete): Maximum Carnage Gadget Twins Aladdin Predator 2 Eternal Champions Chakan (loose): Might and Magic Rocket Knight Adventures Sunset Riders Mortal Combat 3 I almost forgot, one more item picked up at the used game store: Analog Mission control stick, for the Saturn $8.95 (NIB)
  7. I would love to see another run, and I'd definitely buy one! Brad
  8. Lars, My order has been sent. Thank you for keeping another hungry Jaguar alive! Brad
  9. Looks like Capcom will be the next Jakks........... http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/040218/law047_1.html Purenergy
  10. That sounds fine Clay. I hope to see you at CGE, in San Jose this year! purenergy
  11. Mike, That's me (Brad Prillwitz) with the Lynx T-Shirt, and the glowing shoes. But I've never seen them glow before. It may have been the flash from the camera, or the lighting in that room. Anyway, it was great to meet the Jaguar fans, programmers, and supporters! Hopefully, I may see a few more on September 20th, at OKGE. http://ivorytower.emuviews.com/okge/ Brad
  12. Stone, Is it to late for a request on the American Hero CD? If not, I would like to order one. But, I don't know where to send payment to, or how much shipping is. (abroad...USA) Thanks, Brad
  13. On the exhibitors section you listed that I would bring "games" with my Vectrex system. I will bring a Multicart, along with 2 homebrews for the Vectrex (and of course the Vectorcade controller). I've only got a few overlays, and will gladly bring them along. As for the Jaguar, I will also bring a Rotary controller, and a joystick controller. Would anyone be interested in seeing a Dina 2-in-1 (ColecoVision compatible) system? How about an Atari 5200 rotary controller? Sounds like it's going to be a fun event! Brad
  14. I'll be there! Do you have a list of what sytems, games, etc., that everyone is bringing to this event? And, how about some multiplayer games? Linked systems? Thanks, Brad
  15. Thanks. I was so surprised to find something classic, that I bought the entire box. I should have sifted through it, and picked out only what I wanted. Wasn't Rescue Terra I programmed in Texas? (That's where I found it.)
  16. Yeah, Although I had most of those titles, the only things that I really wanted were the Slick Stick controller, and Rescue Terra I. So, yes, I'm happy.
  17. Today's finds: Atari 2600 Jr. with 3 controllers; 1 Slick Stick, 1 standard/red button Atari stick, and a Quick-Shot Joystick (The Quick-Shot stick has part of the bottom torn off, and looks like it has a battery compartment? It still has the front 2 suction cups. The empty slot look like it has enough room for 2 AA batteries, but the contacts are missing. It does have a loose wire hanging inside the compartment.) and 31 titles (mostly commons, and one nice find) Berzerk, Swordquest:Earthworld, Maze Craze, Centipede, Defender(x2), Frogger, Crystal Castles, Battlezone, Basketball, E.T., Haunted House, Video Checkers, Donkey Kong Junior, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Decathlon, Kangaroo, Bridge, Surround, Video Chess, Amidar, Yar's Revenge, Laser Blast, Starmaster, Turmoil, Ms. Pac-Man, Vanguard, Asteroids, Othello, Golf, Human Cannonball, and.... ........... RESCUE TERRA I......... and they threw in a free ColecoVision title: Zaxxon. paid $19.95 for all.
  18. I live in southern Oklahoma, and would gladly to drive to Austin, Texas (if I can get off work that day). Any idea when you are planning to have a Jaguar party? Brad
  19. A texas Jag-party sounds great! I hope that you can get enough people interested in it though. Speak up Jaguar fans from Texas! Brad
  20. Does anyone repair a "dead" Lynx? One of my Lynx systems died recently. The LED power light flashes on quickly, but nothing else happens. I have tried three different power sources, and several games, but nothing happens except for the quick flash. Any idea if someone could repair it? Thanks, Brad
  21. It's professionally done, and easy to learn. The layout of the game screen reminds me of Battlezone, because you are on a flat terrain, with mountains in the distance that you can see, but never reach. I think that you are in control of a robot (haven't spent enough time playing it yet) that has different missions. One of them has you destroying the enemy towers, while they are chasing you down, trying to keep your robot from succeeding. The gameplay is not to hard, very easy to learn. Be sure that you read the manual, so that you realize that you have more than one weapon. I definitely recommend CyberVirus to everyone. It may be more of an "arcade" type of game, but the different missions should give it a lasting appeal to everyone. Brad
