  1. This thread gets better and better! Thanks fauxscot for all the knowledge and skills you are sharing. I have a Fun with Numbers cart that I could loan for dumping purposes. Also, if a multi-cart ever gets made please sign me up for one! It would be great if it had all the US and overseas unique released games in addition to the few homebrews that have been made to date. I have been collecting RCA Studio II games in the hopes that a multi-cart would eventually be possible. I have about a dozen or so shells of the common games that I would be happy to donate to such a project. Just let me know on this. Also, if you are able to mod a system for composite video out and directly connect the power to the console then I would be interested in that too. Other things I have been thinking of... - What do you think is possible with the sound? - How about installing a 9-pin type port so I can connect up my Atari Touchpad/Keyboard style controllers? It would be much easier for two-player games if we did not have to share a lap.
  2. Thanks and those are now updated. The list is almost done.
  3. I just found this list of games with memory space reserved for them. I will update the list in post #1 accordingly. Below is the list of games I have not captured in Post #1. 1 - bonQ (Ken Siders) Is this the 7800 version? 2 - Karate Master (Greg Kennedy) [Link to blog] 3 - Halloween game TBA (Mark Ball) 4 - Monster! (Mark Ball) 5 - Worm! (Mark Ball) Is this the 7800 version? 6 - Indenture (Will Nicholes)
  4. Ha, this is too funny. I just started such a thread here. But it will have to be updated based on the information from the list above.
  5. I'm almost done with adding the links for the games. I could not find an original thread for Astar or Elevators Amiss. Also, is the Lead game available for purchase in the store the 8k or 16k version?
  6. I've been meaning to do this for my Harmony Organization. I'm putting all these into their own directory so I know when I play them to be sure I have my AtariVox plugged in to take full advantage of them. I will work on getting your suggestions incorporated into the original post. Great Ideas!
  7. Thanks! I added 21 Blue, Omicron and Pitch-n-Catch. I found a "final" Omicron 2k ROM in the threads. Is there another version being worked on?
  8. I'm still in for one, and a CIB version when ready. As this is a mirror game are you thinking a white box with green letters? That might be kinda plain though.
  9. I believe this a complete list of games that take advantage of the AtariVox for the 2600. I've tried to list all released games, finished games (but not on cart), and works in progress. 10. Someone made me Wing War and Sky Patrol NTSC games in Imagic shells. Also, Marc O did a superb job of CIB NTSC conversions of the VideoGems games. Also, as you've found there are some PAL original games that were released in Brazil; and other maybe some other places. These are NTSC or PAL-M which works on NTSC systems with altered colors I think. Mission 3000AD, Squirrel, and some others can be found this way.
  11. It would not be me to make the carts as that is beyond my skills but I would support such a project with donor carts, and of course purchase one. Also, I have the quiz books and will be finishing these up and add them to my post above.

    H2

Ditto (if I haven't already said this). :-)
  13. And we need a multi-cart with all the US and overseas releases and the few homebrews that have been made. I even have some shells to donate to such a project (about a dozen).
  14. Updated post #2. I just have the quiz books left to scan.
  15. Hooray! This is great news Curt. Get well soon.
  16. Lots 'o stuff. eBay Seller: toymailman Thanks for looking.
  17. Nice and thanks! However, it may be easier just to sell it to me.
  18. I PM'ed these to ya, but just in case others are interested too. Baseball.zip Baseball_R1.zip Biorythm.zip Blackjack.zip FunNumbers.zip GF-MS_Battle.zip MathFun.zip SpaceWar.zip SpeedwayTag.zip TennisSquash.zip TennisSquash_R1.zip StarWars.zip (thanks to Blazing Lazers!) I only have School House 1 left to do for the USA released titles.
  19. Please add me to the list for a boxed version. Thanks!
  20. One auction item is a working Coleco Telstar Arcade (with jittery paddles though). eBay Seller: toymailman Thanks for looking!
  21. I have one from the first batch and really love it! Is there a difference in the ones you are making now from the original version? I think I read somewhere that the new ones have the full Pac-Man version instead of a reduced version. Any other changes? If so then I might like to get one of the newer versions too. :-)
  22. Thanks for all the input guys. I did not realize there are so many options with vary degrees of difficulty. I guess to be clearer with my question what is the best option to copy game ROMs onto some device (SD card, CF card, etc.), select them via some menu, then play? Also, for Atari 8-bit ROMs these are found in either .xex, .exe, or .atr formats?
