This week has been tough with CGE and other stuff going on in the evenings. I was able to get a good score (for me) though.

Wish I could have hit a few more mother ships!!
This game was lots of fun though. Hadn't actually tried it until now and it seems similar to the arcade Tempest. I got addicted to it tonight and wih I had a bit more time. Great pick!

With CGE2007 I forgot I had some listings scheduled for this week. I have some systems with many CIB games, and some heavy sixers up this time. One of the heavys is an early Atari version.

Thank you for looking.

I had an awesome time too. The auction was intense! As for me as well it was great to meet some people here. Maybe next time my path will cross more. The list of people I met are:
CPUWIZ
Deus_Ex_Machina
Homerwannabee
Rick Weis
Swlovinst
Joe Cody (Atari2600.com)
and someone else that I only got there real name (forgot to ask what their alter ego was)
Until next year. :-)

I'm on my way to the airport in about an hour. Very exciting! Looking forward to it all and picking up some exclusives.

That make sense. I'll be all right.
I had an interesting experience coming back to the US from Canada once too. I have another hobby, Micro RC cars. Built a sweet custom track, own lots of ZipZaps, Microsizers, etc. When I heard there was a new one (MicroZ's) only sold at The Source stores in Canada I took a drive up there and bought one of each.
When I tried to get back in, the border guy gave me the third degree. I sat at the check point for about 30 minutes answering questions and have him check and re-check my car and trunk. Why can't a guy in his mid 30's fill his car with Canadian toys and transport them back to the US hassle free; geesh!!
:-)

This is a question that just popped in my head. I am going to the CGE2007 show and plan to buy some CGE exclusive release stuff (and probably others). Will the chips get damaged/destroyed if it goes through the carry-on airport screeners?
Thanks!

Wow that is a nice set!
I didn't even see it in my searches. It seems sometimes eBay is not very good with its search criteria. I have an "Atari RARES" favorite search and in there I have "telesys" as a qualifier (among others). Other telesys stuff pops up but apparently this one didn't. Oh well, congrats!!

I just got my CIB Espial and CIB James Bond from him. The items were packaged well in a good box, were both NTSC, and worked perfect. I would buy from him again. I only like PayPal because it is so quick and easy to do, but I understand the problems and complaints with it as well. At any rate this seller/reseller seems to be a good one.

Okay, just finished a marathon session. Played until all intrest was lost and hand was tired
.This is a really fun game; for a while.
Final score: 7,997,104
My tip: Go for the Atari rollovers out of the gate and get the free ball first. Then head over to the left side for some left-rollover action. I found that if you pull the shooter about half-way back then this will have a good chance of going right inside the Atari area (nudge if needed). After a few nudges and bounces then you've got a free ball. With this you can play a LONG time and continue to build on the bumper number.
Pictoral chronology is below...
989,317 still on the first ball and bumpers up to 4.
2,086,871 ball #2 and bumpers back up to 6
2,904,486 still ball #2 bumpers up to 8
3,944,387 still ball #2 bumpers maxed at 9
4,446,012 still ball #2 bumpers at 9
5,955,719 ball #3 now and bumpers back to 2
6,271,749 ball #3 bumpers up to 6
6,926,064 ball #3 bumpers maxed at 9 -
Wow, awesome job!
Is this going to be available?

I have a question: For the purposes of scoring, are we only going to be scored on rolling over the score once, or are we supposed to keep track of the number of times we roll it?Ha, I have the same question. I am sure many of us can roll this game several times. How is this handled in the HSC? Thank you.

Been on vacation to Whistler Canada! My first time there and had a great time. Made it back in time to post a score for this week though. Great port of this game, nice job johnnywc!!
Have this game on order from the AA store. I ordered it last Thursday before going on vacation when I saw it was the game for the week. Not here yet so I had to get an emulator going. The Stelladaptor is a cool little item.
My score so far: 32,630
Don't know if i'll have time to best that tonight.

Wow, nice price for it! I'd be all over it if I didn't already have one. I know it'll make someone happy though. :-)

Someone got a great deal here, I think. There was a CIB Time Pilot and some other good stuff. Had it on my watch list, but forgot to bid!! I was on my weekly Monday night bike ride.

Looks like everyone I've dealt with is on there; and they should be. All have been excellent transactions, both here and on eBay.

63,620 and level 17.
Post pics if anyone finishes all 32 levels and finally gets Bobby home for good. That is a pretty nasty bug that ends the game if 100,000 is hit exactly. I know it took a bit of time to get to where I was, yikes!
It seems one could get about 4,000 per level on a good average. 120,000 - 130,000 is probably about max on this game.

Hi all, I have a few items up this week. One is a boxed Piece O' Cake game.

HSC Season 4 Week 66: Time Warp

I had some time to play more tonight and got a better score.

My Tip: Always hold the joystick in the back (slow) position on the "docking" stage. The score seems to advance at nearly the same rate regardless of spaceship speed. Therefore, you will rack up more points by going slower. Also, it makes it easier to maneuver the maze. Seems like a small bug as most would expect the score to advance fast enough to compensate for this and reward players for going through the maze at top speed. However, it doesn't seem to be the case so SLOW DOWN!! :-)
