  1. I got a new heavy sixer on eBay and bumped my self down one notch on the list. The serial number on my new one is 20430F. See the pics below, it was in really nice shape and did not need much cleaning at all. Front Back
  2. I just got a package I won on eBay and it turned out to be very nice! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...p;rd=1&rd=1 It had a heavy sixer system, original CX-10 joysticks, original paddles, and original driving controllers. The driving controllers did not work, but does anyone know how to clean these? I opened them up and it has the square grey plastic shell type inside. The paddles were jitter free and the joysticks worked great and gave me a place to put the hex I've had for a while. The serial number is fairly early too and I'll have to add it to that thread (20430F).
  3. Seems a bit high to me. Atari2600.com has a complete one for $59.95. I don't think the wrapping is worth $100.
  4. I was thinking that the CIB rarity guide would start from the loose cart rarity guide. Afterall, every CIB game does have the cart too. So, any individual entry in the CIB guide would be at least the same rarity as found in the cart guide. For example COMBAT. This rarity 1 cart would stay rarity 1 in the CIB list and not change at all. Other titles may increase by one or more points. Fun with Numbers, listed as rarity 3, may be a rarity 6 CIB game because the box seems to be MUCH harder to find than the cart. As for 10's they have no where to go. Unless a scale is made that "goes to 11!" Wow, that would be cool.
  5. Hi, sorry if this is a dumb question, but the rarity guide here at AA is for loose carts, right? Is there a separate guide for complete boxed games? I ask because I am elated to finally nab a boxed Fun with Numbers and see it has a rarity of 3 in the guide. I have looked for this boxed title for over a year and could not find it at any price, eBay or on-line stores. Whereas carts and manuals are readily available at low prices. Thank you.
  6. Wow, great work! I used to play Telengard as a kid all the time. If you can make the 2600 run a game even close to that then "You the man!"
  7. Actually, the shipping for me was only $45 (must be based on destination). Not too bad for this much stuff and a boxed Fun with Numbers!! Thanks all. It really felt like a good deal. I have been looking for this title a while and have never seen it even offered boxed on eBay at any price. Basic Math was tough to get as well, but I eventually got that in both the gatefold and non-gatefold versions. The regular box was in a lot of 14 and was titled "Atari 2600 Games". In the auction no game names were actually typed, just a picture. So a search of Basic Math would not have come up with this listing. Also, there was no gallery view. It was just dumb luck to find it while I had nothing better to do than search through the hundreds of Atari listings. I got that lot for less than $20 including shipping. Admittedly, these games are not the most fun to play. I figure they are rare because sales were poor and therefore Atari didn't make many of them? But if this is true I wonder why they bothered with re-releasing it later in grey.
  8. Hooray! This was the last "colorful" Atari boxed title I needed. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...p;rd=1&rd=1 This was the only auction I have seen one in since I began collecting over a year ago. Why is this title so rare?
  9. Ahhh, thank you. I still may need one, but at least now it won't be the end of the world.
  10. I recently was watching an eBay auction that had a GREY Atari Joystick. I think I have seen a white one before too. Are these colored sticks rarer than the CX-10's (heavy sixer joysticks)? If so then I must have one!
  11. I am only the third generation of Randall! My great grandfather was a train robber so our family changed their name to disassociate with him. This tendancy must be out of our system now as I can't even ride a horse!
  12. Many of this week's auctions are still at only 99 cents. Tonight I will have my extra M-Network, Coleco, and some Activision stuff up. Thanks for looking. http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZtoymailmanQQhtZ-1
  13. Nice grab. I was watching it, but too rich for me. I have the 8-bit version and it will have to suffice for now. Congrats man!
  14. This week I have placed all my extra Sears, Apollo, and some miscellaneous others up for bid. Thanks for looking. http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZtoymailmanQQhtZ-1
  15. Hi all, my Atari 2600 eBay auctions for this week are ending soon and most are still at only 99 cents! This week had all my 20th Century and Konami Extras. I will have more that are scheduled to all be up by 6:00 PM tonight (PST). This coming week will have my extra Parker Brothers and Data Age stuff. All boxed and complete. Thank you for looking. http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZtoymailmanQQhtZ-1
  16. Sure, I think I will update my future auctions to have this stated in the listing.
  17. Hi all, thanks for looking. I am still relatively new to selling on eBay. I think this is my 3rd week/set of Atari stuff up for bid. I do discount for multiple items purchased but haven't figured out the automatic way to do it yet. So for now, I will wait to send out any invoices until all my auctions have finished just in case someone wins multiple auctions. Then I can send an invoice that has the discounted shipping price at $1.00 for each additional item won. Good luck and I am always happy to answer any questions.
  18. Thank you for looking! http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZtoymailmanQQhtZ-1
  19. I have some more games up on eBay. Take a look and thank you. http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZtoymailmanQQhtZ-1
  20. As I've built up my own collection I aquired lots of duplicates when buying lots and stuff. Now the extras will all be going. This is the first set that has 2600 items. Thank you very much for looking. http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZtoymailmanQQhtZ-1
  21. Thank you! I have always had an exceptional experience buying from you. You have helped build my collection with some hard to find stuff too. I was very pleased about this find. I was expecting this to go for quite a bit more, but we all get lucky once and a while.
  22. I currently have 3 Heavy Sixers. One is Atari and the other two are Sears. I plan to keep one of each version and sell the extra Sears. Serial Numbers for these are: Atari: 28204F Sears 1: 84199T Sears 2: 54035V Atari Heavy Sixer pics Sears #1 pics Sears #2 pics
  23. I only go for the CIB stuff and my collection has a few rare ones. My 6's and up (according to AA) are listed below. 10's Obelix Motorodeo 9's Ikari Warriors 8's Sir Lancealot/Robin Hood 7's Motocross Racer Tomarc the Barbarian Polaris - Green 6's Cosmic Swarm Espial James Bond 007 Marauder Mines of Minos Racing Pak Raft Rider Road Runner Room of Doom Spacemaster X-7 Tapper Threshold
  24. Hi all, a friend was in town and so we played Super Challenge Football by M-Network and had tons of fun! I hadn't played this one before as it is two-player only and aquired it recently. As a kid, ~25 years ago now, I played Football and RealSports Football with my brother and remember having good times with them, but the M-Network game seems better. I will have to get my others out again now to compare. What do others think is the best from the following choices? Atari Football Atari RealSports Football Atari Super Football M-Network Super Challenge Football Any Football-type hacks / homebrews been made or others not on my list above?
  25. For Asterix is there a visual difference in the Box (other than the "N" sticker) or Manual between the PAL and NTSC versions. I know the PAL cart has a P on it, but how about Box and Manual?
