  1. I recently dug out of my stuff a Miner 2049er box that differs from the one shown here on the site. Does anyone know or have one like this. This is still folded as I received it from Tigervision. click here: http://www.onlineauctionsales.com/new%20box.JPG Thanks, Anthony
  2. I know this is an impossible question, but there are some incredible things owned by the people on this board. Has anyone seen the TV commercial for Enduro and does any have or know of anyone who has it taped? Reason I ask is that I was quoted on the commercial. Activision used a quote from my newsletter in it. I'd really love to get that. Somehow I never got to tape it. Thanks, Anthony

  5. I found the original letter informing me of the fact that I would be receiving Meteorites. Anthony
  6. How rare an item is an Atari Force Comic Book Volume 1 no. 2 in NEW condition? Price
  7. Hey, No kidding, I am putting up my Meteorites eprom tomorrow on eBay. I am hoping to find the paperwork to go with it. I think I remember seeing it a while back. No matter what, with or without it, it should prove an interesting auction. I am also going to put up an Atari 2600 Miss Pac Man press kit with pictures. I have some more real rare paperwork type stuff to go up soon. THANKS AND GOOD LUCK!!! WETHER YOU BID OR NOT!!!
  8. King Asmo, I don't post too much, but I have seen you post a few complaints on the boards. Now I know posting about a fraud is FINE, but you shouldn't complain about others when your website has to rank as one of the top ranked sites when it comes to ABUSE!!!!! You have 3 or 4 pop-ups everytime a visitor hits the site. I'll be honest to you I clicked off the site immediately. And I know that many others do the same. Pop Ups are one of if not the largest abuse being used online. One is acceptable, but still annoying, but when you get to 3 and more it is just absolute ABUSE to your viewer. I hope you take this in the proper way. If you want to have a web site, do it right. If you owned a store would you have 3 or 4 sales people attack every customer. Most would just walk out on you as I am sure many of your visitors do. I'm sorry if this annoys you, but I figured since you can complain about things that bother you I'd just let you know that NONE OF US IS PERFECT. Some people make mistakes and others are not as well versed in a subject as others. Good Health and Good Luck in all your endeavors. Anthony
  9. It might be just me but the font for the names and numbers is way too dark. Tony
  10. Just out of curiosity, what is the highest price anyone has seen a game go for on eBay? Before anyone asks no I don't have another Malagai to sell on eBay. Wish I had a few more . But I will be putting up a few prototypes next week. Both 2600 and 5200s. Thanks, Tony
  11. Looking forward to seeing the Finished Product. I should be selling a few more of my protos on eBay in the next week or so. Been really sick for a while. Tony
  12. Hello, I am still alive and kickin. It's been tough the last couple of months. SICK!!!!! Check out this great link an old friend just sent me: http://www.shockwave.com/sw/games/arcade/classics/ Super Old Classics...Using Shockwave!!!!!
  13. I would hope that most people would just take 2 minutes and look at it close. First the price is outrageous so that should be Strike One. The sellers name with Gothic in it should be Strike Two(Wierd?). And the Third Strike is 0 feedback. And just in case you think Strike Two Gothic was a bit outside, his description and no picture tell you keep your fingers closing your nose if you even get close to this one. "IT STINKS"
  14. I think it's 99% wrong to think that all auctions are fixed or just flat out crooked. I'm not saying that no auctions are swayed by their sellers, just that almost none are. If you check all the auctions for Atari games and accessories of worth(not the $2-$3 stuff)are bid on all the same people. There are maybe 50 people who bid on most of the "good" stuff. As a bidder if you don't like to snipe then don't, but don't expect somebody is going to just let you win because you bid what you want to pay for something. That is what an auction is. It is something put up for sale at what the market will pay. I think that most sellers who want x dollars for something just put a reserve on their item. What I would say to all is very simple, "if you are outbid by someone, I guess they either wanted it more than you or could afford more for their purchase." I don't like to lose auctions, but I accept that the winner either outsmarted me or just was willing to pay more. Ebay is not the only place to make your purchases. If you think that something is too much then don't bid on it. Remember you're just buying games not a replacement heart to keep you alive. If it was then it's something to get upset about. And just to add this, as Rick Weis added, most of the people bidding on eBay are members of the boards right here.
  15. NO! He is a litte older than I am. I have actually talked to the man though. In fact my thoughts on him are rather fascinating. I rank him as one of the most important figures in the computer evolution. Had it not been for the home gaming industry, which no matter what you think, he is the father of, the evolution of the computer would have taken many more years to reach even its current position in our lives. My belief is that had not so many people been involved in the playing of games on both dedicated game machines and computers, manufacturers would never have moved with the speed they did. The gaming industry pushed profits of those involved in computers in the home to such heights that they used every dollar available for R+D to be able to keep up with the "WANTS" of every gamer. Take away the gaming industry from the computer industry and companies would have had no reason to spend the way they did on R+D. So it is in my mind anyway. How did this get so off subject? Leave it to me. Old people and rambling on.
  16. The Jolter searches for a 30 second TV ad by Activision for Enduro. If anyone has it or knows where I can find one I would be eternally grateful. Just so that I keep the questions to a minimum, the reason is because part of my review of the game was quoted on it.
  17. Can someone tell me where I can find the "BEST" Rarity lists for Intellivision and ColecoVision. Thanks for your time.
  18. Hello from "The Old Man" The "Grandpa of the Boards" I have children the age of most of you. I'm going to be 56 on 5/9 born in 1946. Wow I didn't know they let things grow that old on this planet. I not only have played games since Day 1 of home video games, but during the 80's played them before most people even saw them. Now that's "FUN"!!!
  19. With the Vanguard eprom will come a copy of the Atari Press Release announcing its Release and also a copy of their paperwork that told me what games they were sending me for review. It was a form they would send that would list the games, tell you when they wanted them back by, and oh yes they did want them back, but funny if they would send me 5 and I sent back 1 they would never say anything. As long as they saw reviews of the games. As far as my newsletters I cannot find one of them, but I still have some things to go through. I had about 100 copies of each one in my basement but a few years ago the old water heater decided it was tired and they were all wet and thrown out. I may have a few around and will share them if I ever come across them. There is a member who emailed me that he had a couple of copies, maybe he could copy them and send them to me. If you're listening out there email me again. As far as fun, yes it for the most part was but became so hectic that I had 3 people playing games on a regular basis and then I would just get a little time to play them myself and watch the person who had put in time to be able to be proficient at it. In 1982, 1983 and into 1984 there were so many games coming out that to keep up with a monthly newsletter, a weekly 30 minute TV show and also a spot on a weekly local cable TV show it became too much like real work.
  20. HELP!!!! You guys all make me feel OLD!!! I have kids older than most of you. I was even older than some of you in 1979! YIKES!! I need a Jolt!!
  21. Hello All, I've put up 3 more prototypes on ebay. I have started now to include a letter from me to authenticate them. Any prototype I sell now has paperwork from the manufacturer to me as a reviewer in the 80's and then the letter from me to you authenticating the cartridge. With all the prototypes floating around no one has any background on them. I am not saying mine are the only ones that are legit by any means, just saying that mine do have a paper trail with them at least. That's better than most sports autograph buyers get. I have up Parker Brothers Montezumas Revenge and Atari's Sorcerer's Apprentice for the 2600 and Atari's Vanguard for the 5200. Check here http://cgi6.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?...&sort=2&rows=25
  22. That may become the most popular board. I think it's an excellent idea. eBay Roasts and Toasts!!!
  23. Has anyone ever reported having a War Room by Probe 2000 Prototype? If so is it fairly common when it comes to prototypes? Of course the reason I'm asking is because I have one. Thanks for your time!!!!!
  24. Hey, I know I shouldn't be pushing anyone else's prototypes but lookie here. Robert Polaro himself is selling one of his protos on ebay. GO THERE>>> Atari 2600 Volleyball Prototype- Signed! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=1339597761
