Hey everyone I appreciate the appraisals and opinions in general. Thinking of selling because it just sits in a closet, pretty much unloved. A few years back I sold my 5200 cart collection, which was really good (every published cart). I'll have to think about it a bit I think.

Have a buddy who wants to buy my 7800 collection, and I really don't know what its worth. If it falls through and is worth the effort, I might sell it here. Can anyone help me with an honest appraisal? Both my Koffi and Castle Blast are boxed and serial numbered. Koffi:#59 (also signed) and Castle Blast #38. Does this make the collection more valuable? The first 100? or so were boxed. Atari Age had them in the store when it first came out.

Three people have told me they are interested already today, so the next step will be to box it up and get solid shipping estimates to the interested parties. If all three are still interested at that point, we'll have to figure out a fair way to proceed. It might take me a couple days to get it boxed up. Stay tuned.

Well I thought I had sold my 5200 collection, but the buyer no longer accepts PMs and has not pm'ed me for a couple months (the deal was supposed to finish up in October). At this point the collection is up for grabs again. $600 plus shipping. Anyone interested? Thanks Hank

I'll try to find all the manuals and overlays I have and post here. I'm going to ask $600 for everything. I don't think that's unreasonable, but correct me if I'm wrong!

I have parts to rebuild two more of the spares. Most of my boxes are rough, obviously. I do not want to break this up, all or none, at least for now.

I'm thinking of cleaning out the closet. My best collection is my 5200. I have both types of consoles, a trackball, probably 6 controllers (most of which have been rebuilt), two console packages (a little rough) and what I believe is every production cartridge published. All were working a couple years ago and still should be as they've been stored in a dry environment. I don't really know what it's worth and will see what the community tells me it's worth before I place a value on it. If it's worth 1/2 what I have into it it, I won't sell it at this time. I'll try to post pictures tomorrow morning if there is interest.

I'm considering selling my 5200 collection, or even my entire collection for that matter. My 5200 collection is the most complete that I have. I believe I have every production game for it, including Bounty Bob Strikes Back and Meteorites. I have both a two port and four port console, numerous sticks that have been rebuilt with the good stuff, and a track ball. Other than the 5200 I have a pile of 2600 stuff, a fairly complete 7800 collection, Genesis, Intellivision, an Atari computer, a very healthy Colecovision collection, and a smattering of NES and SNES stuff. I don't even know what to ask for it. If anyone is serious, I'll email pictures and a more detailed list of what is there. I'm in no rush here, and I'll have very little time for correspondence over the next week or two, but I thought I'd throw it out there to see what the interest level is.
