[Broken Atari that was promised on eBay]

 

I got this Atari 2600 and what should I do about it being broken? What about the fraudulent person who sold it?

[Emulators don't work for me anymore]

I got to the part of unzipping files. But, I don't know how to get them to work. I'm not savvy in this department!
