  1. If that one were finished, it would easily be the coolest game in the lot. That one definitely had the most potential. I'll see if I can post some video of the games so people have a better idea of what this thing really is.
  2. Hi guys, Our group is very close to finishing up our release for Kitty's Catch, and I'm realizing now that although this game is really cool to have, it's not really a release I could bring to the community in the capacity that I would like. I'm not desperate to sell by any means, but I'm open to hearing offers. I'd consider trades, but it would really need to be something substantial for me to part with this, and I'd only be looking for trades of equal rarity. If you're interested and have a dollar amount in mind, shoot me a PM and we can more than likely work something out. All the information that you could possibly want to know about this game can be found in the write up I did here: http://www.unseen64.net/2009/06/27/arcadia-vi-nes-cancelled/ Feel free to ask any questions in this thread or in PM, and thanks for checking this out!
  3. Interesting theory, and I don't take offense in the least, but I'm not completely sold just yet. I completely agree with the apparent corner being pulled up at point #1, though that sort of damage is VERY common from when people attempt to put an NES game into a sleeve. The bottom corner catches and gets raised. I can also see a small raised portion at point #6, but the rest seem less convincing and I attribute them to the flash showing damage that isn't actually there. I don't want anyone to feel cheated, and I can assure you that I didn't do anything personally to the cart, but what Shawn is assuming could very well have happened to the cart before it came into my possession. I find it funny that some of the other test carts would have such substantial damage while this was repaired, especially considering it is very common for other test carts to have various reprinted labels and the seller had no idea that the value of the Zelda cart was any more than the others. One other thing that leads me to believe that the label is original is because of the back label. The back label is also less than perfect, so why wouldn't that have gotten replaced as well? I am 100% certain it has not been tampered with because of the very small detail that it has no embossed seal on the gold back label. The ONLY carts that had a gold back label without an embossed seal were the Zelda Test carts, which confirms it's legitimacy. This is the only way to confirm a Zelda Test cart from a fake as the board inside is always a production board set. I'm including a few other close up pictures so people know what they are buying ahead of time. please feel free to make your assumptions about whether it has been tampered with or not. Thanks!
  4. Nope, never removed. Many Zelda Test Cart seem to have similar issues, and I lean toward water damage and the general mistreatment that most other test carts have gone through. I bought this with together from a lot taken straight from a Test Center: Never been tampered with, just loved a little less than some others
  5. Figured I'd test the holiday waters with my Zelda Test Cart: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140365044107 I know 2 of these have hit $600+ in the past and there hasn't been one listed in quite some time, don't be afraid to send in an offer if you're interested!
  6. Bump! Got plenty of cash kicking around, anyone have any protos they're looking to sell me? Let me know what you've got, I'm looking to buy any and all!

  8. Shawn: PM sent. Thanks nonner! I really want these gone, so I'm going to drop the price one last time. If I can't get these prices, I'm probably better off just holding onto them. SNES stuff: MK3 chips: $75 NBA Jam T.E.: $50 Super Pitfall: $40 Take all 3 SNES protos for $140 shipped!!! Genesis Stuff: Vectorman 2: $40 Super Pitfall: $40 Super Pitfall, second copy: $40 Super Pitfall, very early build: $115 Take all the Genesis protos for $215!!! Take all remaining SNES and Genesis protos for $325 shipped!!! So that's 7 protos, including at least one that is very different from the final version, for less than $50 a piece. Hope this sells them, let me know if you're interested!

  10. Another bump! Price drops on everything reflected in the first post. New lot prices are: SNES Lot: Take them all for $225 shipped in the US!!! Genesis Lot: Take them all for $275 shipped in the US!!! Take all the remaining protos (less the ones on hold), for $450 shipped!!! Not sure how I could justify dropping them much more than that, send those offers in!
  11. Alright, time to do some grouping and some huge price breaks! SNES Lot: MK3 Chips $150 NBA Jam T.E. $100 Super Pitfall $65 Bart's Nightmare PAL $45 Total: $360 Buy the whole SNES proto lot for $275 shipped in the US!!! Genesis Proto Lot: Vectorman 2 $65 Super Pitfall $65 Super Pitfall (Second Copy) Super Pitfall (very early build) $200 Total: $395 Buy the entire Genesis proto lot for $315 shipped in the US!!! 12. Bump! Bubsy II Genesis proto sold, non-working SNES protos on hold. Don't be afraid to toss some offers this way, I'm very willing to negotiate a fair price especially if you are buying more than one.
  13. I've been streamlining my proto collecting toward NES exclusively, so I'm looking to sell off some of my SNES and Genny protos. All prices include shipping in the US, international shipping will be a bit more but reasonable. I'm open to offers, so don't be afraid to send one along. Without further ado, the protos! Mortal Kombat 3 SNES EPROM Chips: $75 Not sure what is on this one, I've never had a chance to hunt down a test board to it and I'm not handy enough to dump the chips and combine them into a working ROM file. Might be the final version, might have the Graveyard level, who knows? Vectorman 2 Genesis Proto: $50 Super Pitfall Genesis Proto, Final Version: $55 Super Pitfall Genesis Proto, Final Version (Second Copy): $55 NBA Jam T.E. SNES Proto: SOLD! Super Pitfall SNES Proto, Final Version: SOLD! Bubsy II Genesis Proto: SOLD! Bart's Nightmare SNES Proto, PAL Version: SOLD! Super Bomberman 2 SNES Proto, NOT WORKING: $35 HOLD Bubsy 2 SNES Proto, NOT WORKING: $30 HOLD Super Pitfall SNES Proto, NOT WORKING: $35 HOLD Super Pitfall Genesis Proto, Early Build: $115 Game has a bizarre Sega logo, completely different Temple name, and completely different power up names. Could very well be more differences, though I haven't gone through the entire game. As far as the non-working protos, you may be able to just dump the chips and combine the files into a working ROM, or maybe the chips are bad and you can use the proto board for other chips you have. Thanks for looking, let me know if you have any questions, and don't be afraid to send offers!
  14. Bump! How about $300 shipped in the US, add shipping world wide? Don't be afraid to send offers!
  15. What I have: I purchased this Xbox a while back and I don't know an awful lot about it. It has the typical "prototype" sticker that you would find on debugs and dev kits, and it also has a large "live enabled" sticker on the bottom. The manufacture date is 6/18/2003, which leads me to believe this is a prototype for the DVT 6 hardware. The stickers on the bottom have not been tampered with, so I am confident that it has never been opened. However, as far as I can tell, it functions like a production XBox and has no dev or debug features available. This sale is for the system, AV cables, power cord, and 1 first party controller. What you see is what you get. Pictures: Top of unit: Underside of unit: A few shots of the system running: Price and whatnot: I have searched for the past few months to find a comparable sale, and was basically unable to find even a comparable unit. The only other unit I have seen like this is oldengineers "not live enabled" unit, and I don't have any idea of what it was purchased for. I have started price check threads on several forums with very little input, so I have decided to start the unit at $500 shipped in the United States or best offer. I am VERY open to offers and will drop the price until the unit is sold. Like I said, I am totally unaware of what this should be valued at, so any price suggestions are encouraged and will not be construed as thread crapping. Shipping: I am willing to ship this world wide. The price is $500 shipped, USPS insured priority mail in the United States. I will ship internationally in a large USPS flat rate shipping box at the buyer's expense. Please contact me with any questions you may have, and thanks for looking!
  16. Bump! I'm posting some more pictures and a price drop. I'm now looking for $185 shipped worldwide, I think this is probably as low as it will go. And now for the pics! A cool pic showing the glitchy intro sequence: I also have a Supervision NES pirate for sale. Looking for $25 shipped for this in the US. It has some fun Fami exclusives on there, not a bad pirate to pick up and play. Thanks guys, let me know if you have any questions!
  17. Yes, but unfortunately I don't have a shot of the cart by itself: It's the SNES one, middle row, far right. The other stuff pictured are some Sega Super Pitfall protos, 2 other SNES Pitfall protos (final versions), an NBA Jam SNES proto (the one without writing on the stickers), and 9 different builds of a Gameboy Boxing game. This build is very different than any of the others I have, and I'll have a solo shot of this proto with my username in it when I get home today
  18. Hi Folks, Was selling this on EBay but it got yanked, so time to bring it to the forums with a price drop! This is a proto of Super Pitfall for the SNES that has several major differences than the final released version: The Temple name is completely different than the one in the final version! Many of the Power Ups/Items have very different names! There is a TOTALLY unused password system that was removed from the final version! This is just at first glance, I have not had the chance to play through the game. There very well be more things that are changed, but I'll leave it up to the buyer to find out I'm looking for $250 OBO which seems pretty reasonable for a proto from a high profile series and with many noted differences. I'm interested in very few trades, but I would swap it for some NES protos for sure. Thanks for checking this out, let me know if you have any questions!
  19. Eh, don't think it had much to do with gamesniped really. I've had several posted on GS before that didn't get pulled, there have been a few protos on recently that have run their full course no problem. Sometimes you get someone who likes to report your auctions, such is EBay. Anyway, I'm posting this for sale in the regular marketplace for $250 OBO, check it out and make some offers folks! Edit: Thread found here: http://www.atariage.com/forums/topic/151700-fs-snes-super-pitfall-proto-very-different-from-final-version/page__pid__1854050__st__0entry1854050
  20. Bump! Dropped this guy to $350, but I'd take a $300 offer without thinking twice!
  21. Hi Folks, Looking to move a ton of my doubles and clean up around here. Buyer to pay actual shipping and I can send up to 25 carts for just $10. Many of these are former rentals, but most are still in great shape. Definitely willing to move a bit on prices if people want to buy up lots, so don't be afraid to make some offers! Licensed Loose Carts: Archon $2.50 Batman Returns $2.50 Bayou Billy $1.50 Bill and Ted's Excellent Video Game Adventure $2 Cybernoid $2 Dash Galaxy $2 Dragon Warrior $2 Kings of the Beach $2 Mickey Mousecapade $2 Robocop (No top label) $1 Ultima: Exodus $2.50 Wrath of the Black Manta $2 Unlicensed Loose Carts: SOLD!!! After Burner $2.50 Fantasy Zone $4.50 Klax $2.50 Quarttro Adventure $2.50 Shinobi $4 Skull and Crossbones $2.50 Toobin' $4.50 Ultimate Stuntman $3
  22. Now this is something special: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140349740509 VERY different from final version, and that's without a full play through. No gamble as to what you'll get, a one of a kind SNES proto with known differences. Don't be afraid to send in offers, and feel free to ask any questions!
  23. Hi folks! Some of you may know me, others may not, but I am an avid NES prototype collector and I've got a stack of extra cash to spend on some at the moment. I have no problem throwing some serious cash in your direction if you have something special, I am a very motivated buyer and we could definitely work something out that we would both be happy with. I'm looking for released, unreleased, licensed, unlicensed, full carts, populated pcbs, loose EPROMs, basically anything you've got, I want! I have a a few interesting items for trade, but cash is king around here. Please contact and let me know what you've got!
  24. Bump! Prices added to all NES games, they are all about 50% of the August NA price guide and are priced to move! Prices DO NOT include shipping, the more you buy the better the deal I can cut you. Send in those offers!
