  8. I might suggest having a mix of ambient sounds or putting a longer delay between the repeat, or an option to turn them off, or they are going to get very annoying very quickly.
  9. Maybe, possibly. I'm not against another competition. No, there will never be a Jag CD release of this, or a JagCD release of any of my future releases. We've (as in, on this forum) been over this a few times.
  10. There is a new v2 release on the horizon, I just need to finish up Gravitic Mines and a few other things, as I want to bundle a lot more examples in with it - which means coding them
  11. rB+ is locked to the v1 API, if you switch to assembler you can use the extra functionality and performance increases in the v2 API.
  12. Please post scores from the game over screen so we can see the wave reached, otherwise I cannot verify you are using the latest ROM.

  15. I have a new version to fix these problems being tested now.... We've only had a few scores posted (5 people I think) - should we reset with the new version? (And extend the deadline to New Years Eve?) Guys, your call. Post below please.
  16. There is a wy to farm points off the skeleton - I will fix this in a future release but not for the competition. Take note: You're all on the honour system.

  19. UPDATE: Thanks to DrClu a couple of issues have now been corrected, please use the v3 ROM for the competition.
  20. Had a report of the game crashing around the 60-70k score mark. I've not managed to get that high myself, but I have sent the person a new test ROM which I hope will fix the problem. I'll make it public once confirmed. What is causing it appears to be a rare edge-case, so in the meantime keep playing and posting!
