  1. Put us down for a set of Analog as well (Always prefered analog to antic for some reason) Not yet recieved the Antics but as soon as we do we'll start uploading them to our a8 archive.
  2. Steem and Saint are by far the best available, but the sources are not publically available. Hatari is probably the best open source emulator around atm although I don't use it because I really hate the user interface (and also because *nothing* currently beats Steem's Boiler Room debugger, and I spend more time looking at code than whats actually on the screen)
  3. Whats the speed / compatiblity rate like on WinsonX? I dont have it installed at the moment on my xbox. I'd imagine overscan / cycle accurate stuff doesnt work? CJ
  4. Winston ? So, Steem works not on Xbox ? I don't see the point to do it with Winston, as it lacks true hard disk emulation. Autoboot from mounted some DIR of Win as Atari partition is not same as autoboot from real hard disk. Better try with Hatari, as it has ACSI emulation. In Steem ACSI emulation works via Pasti.dll . Here you can read little about adaptations (not covering whole issue) : http://ppera.07x.net/atari/playfhd.html Did you even read his post? He's running it on an X-Box.
  5. Be patient... We're working on it....
  6. So you want to pull a game off a menu that auto-loads it and put it on a disk where you have to click it instead? seems rather pointless to me. Now, if it's for Hard Disk installation, try: http://dbug-automation.co.uk and click "patches" at the top.
  7. I love seeing (or in this case, hearing) the old a8 and ST being pushed well past what they were intended to do! Well done matey!
  8. If you folks would like us to host the PDF collection for you on our archive it won't be a problem for us, as we have unlimited bandwidth. Let either myself or GGN know.
  9. Hi there, while we recently announced D-Bug Atari ST Archive for Atari ST images, we are also working away on a similar A8 site. We're (slowly) filling it out, you can find it here: D-Bug Atari 8-Bit Archive I'm currently uploading Yogi's FTP to it, the Holmes CD's are already there - expect more coming soon. CJ / D-Bug
  10. Oh I'm sorry, I thought I was in the friendly Lynx forum! I was refering to KatyKylr.... just what the Jaguar needs - another arcade conversion from a 20 year old game for people to pay $600 for on ebay You are joking right? Don't forget to make two different boxes to make it twice as collectable! (BTW, your Z-buffering either doesnt work or you don't have any) Gotta expect this kind of stupidity here I guess. Carry on!
  11. So when is this PD game coming out and what emulator does it run on?
  12. Also, all the source code for our menus and also the code from the demo "Apathetic Games" are available in the "Extras" section on The D-Bug Website Please feel free to ask any coding questions on our forum there, or even here - I'm sure someone (maybe even us) will reply.
  13. I honestly can't remember! If I did, it never stopped me playing it because I loved that game way back when then. I remember it went into a very tricky blue/white section I could never pass, dunno if this is what you are refering to?
  14. People seem to have forgotton Mr Woake's Encounter! I'd be hard pressed to pick between that and DropZone for best shooter.
  15. Never really liked Caverns, however take the same game idea and you have the utterly superb Firefleet and lets not forget... Zone Ranger and Zeppelin
  16. You can get a complete set of D-Bug menus from our page at: http://dbug-automation.co.uk The Medway Boys menus are all here: http://www.spiny.org/medway/ The Pompey Pirate menus all appear to be at: http://www.atari.st/content.php?type=t&file=cd_pompey (Although for some inexplicable reason you seem to have to pay for it...... ummmm???) -----------------===================-------------------- Please note: There is no complete (working) collection of Automation menus available online ANYWHERE at the moment. They will be available "shortly" at our site, as we have very nearly verified all images as correct from master disks.
  17. Wow. This is a new low even for you, dude. Gratz on your knowledge of Automation/D-Bug, it's top notch! So, you made 3 more games annoying and irritating to run by making users run HOLE.... thats... AWESOME WORK! WELL DONE!! KEEP IT UP!!! No, really - it's nice to wake up and have some laughs. Please, continue to release Falcon patches with no sound.... we'll keep releasing Falcon patches with Amiga Music.... because we're the stupid talentless ones.... oh yes indeed!
  18. It's that time of year again... D-Bug once again are having a Christmas Countdown, with a release every day up to the big one. Head over to http://dbug-automation.co.uk for all your Falcon/HD fixed December needs!
