  1. It is nice to see that my games (atlantis 2 and Pepsi Invaders CIB. Went to a good home. How much longer till the Eli's Ladder gets put up for sale. Hope you can make boat loads of cash on my good deals I gave to a new collector.
  2. Yep, let me know what you want for the set
  3. And that is great for you. I on the other hand will. So ya, you can have your opinion but I don't need to hear it.
  4. I also think it lost some money because they the day before edited a part saying, contact us about a $1500 buy it now offer. That is a pretty slimy thing to announce when you already have bidders on your auction. I am definitely sure that you will get much, much more than what this game got. You are handling it much better, and the label is much better. It is obvious the true high bidders are going to battle it out over yours. Or perhaps the winner felt 1400 was a good deal and will be happy with it at half the price?? Who knows.
  5. Just to clear this up, I am 100% sure it is real. I know it is. I am willing to bet paycheck to paycheck to prove it. I will even mail it to cpu and have him check it just to verify it.
  6. Are you sure it is real? Did you weigh it? Since you already have one it should weigh the same as that one. The way the Repros are done with this cart is that they take an orginal Atlantis cart, and put in an Eprom. The Eprom weighs different than the ROM. Please just weigh the cart to make sure. Edit: I marked you down as one anyways. Really man? How do I know it is real? By using highly sophisticated techniques. First I looked at the label. Night scene, Check. Then I compared the weight between the new and the old. Yep same weight. Check (not on a digital scale though). Then I played it. 1 point scoring, check. Then I compared fonts. Thin line font. Check. I think she is real, how about you???
  7. Just thought I would let you guys know I got the game today. There were 2 atlantis carts in the box. The first one I put in was the winner. Night scene picture, 1 point scoring, and the thin font. All that is left is the weight but I dont feel that is needed. She is real. So yep gotta good deal. Homer you can mark me down as two A2 carts now. Jim
  8. Thanks!! I did, I have, I still am, so we will see where it goes.
  9. Ya like I said in the post before this one I do believe that it is a legit cart. Even if it turns out that it isn't I was more than willing to take the gamble. There is some nice stuff in the auction, nothing I really need/want since none of the games have boxes but who can't use an extra 2600??. So if it turns out that I have two A2 carts does that mean I get to make more topics that I can count on both my hands and write a few hundred posts about it?? J/K homer, we still BFF'S???
  10. After finally getting to move home, I am back in the collecting scene. It has been awhile but I am more than ready to be back. As far the cart being real or fake, after speaking to the owner I am now 99% sure that it is real. He was able to tell me alot about the cart and how he recived it. My big question does not huddle around the question if it is real or not. My question is how are there still A2 being found? I have been away for some time but the last I knew there was a SET in STONE number of these carts that were passed out by imagic. If I recall correctly we are now a few carts past that SiS number.
  11. I can neither confirm or deny that. But what I will say is I would take that gamble at 400 bucks. Jim
  12. Well either way, if it is a fake or if it is real "someone" is going to find out. So if it is a real A2 cart, I know someone that will have two copies and 1 will be up for grabs. If it is not a real A2 aleast that person will have had a good chance at one. Jim
  13. Probably close to 100% But who??
  14. The dude entered the wrong amount. It is pretty obvious from his next bid. On Mar-24-10 20:36:15 PDT he bid $15,000 Then 2 minutes, and 35 seconds later On Mar-24-10 20:38:57 PDT he bid $1,500 I can tell you it was a typo. The reason I know this is because I was the bidder. I am sorry about the mistake, it was an honest mistake though. As far as me wanting to see the reserve, not even a chance, Hopefully someone on here will remember me and let you know I am legit.
