  3. Weren't they going to do a Starcade thing at CGE this year? I wasn't paying attention and must have missed it (Nolan on the brain or something like that). I was curious as to how it worked out, because it sounded like a great idea for other conventions. Tempest they were going to do it, but I think it turned into jepordy. it's not a bad idea though to do a game show at event I was think about it for vgs'03 but never got off the ground maybe I'll try it for vgs'04. Dan Iacovelli
  4. just a guess: is your tv tuned to the right channel (I believe ch 3 or 4 is the correct channel) also make sure the connections are in tight some times if they are lose they can mess up your video. Dan Iacovelli
  5. I've played it a couple times it's pretty cool star radiers type game. Dan Iacovelli
  6. I think a good song clip for this project should be from Weird AL Yankovic either about the pentiumns or couch potato will be good. for video clip: I think the apple comerical from '84 superbowl might be good(or video game or computer comerical) my 2 cents Dan Iacovelli

  10. Thanks stan, the hack was done with laz's Atari Hacking for dummies v1. it was real easy. (I which I could have changed the color on a few items but the program didn't allow me to change the color) (if you noticed I post the hack twice thier well as I stated before some people were having problems with it(I figured because it was the file size the first time it came out 4110k instead of 4096k so I had resave it under pace for 4096k and that seemed to work) Dan Iacovelli

(Safariland is amusment place down the street from the hotel (go to http://atariage.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p...p=333108#333108 to see what I am planning for (#3)) Dan Iacovelli (VGS main page will get overhauled in December)
  17. I'd kill (not literally ) to see some shots of that Star Wars collection. I had a ton of original action figures years ago but over time they've either been misplaced during moves or discarded here and there. well most of my figures from the first three movies are not in mint condidtion (back then I wasn't in collecting more then just playing with them) I have them in old batery case (the ones that revolve) and the over flow are in a hot wheels try) the newer stuff(power of the force ...) are still in box. my other items are promotional items from TPM (posters from tacobell, drinking cups from kfc, and pogs from from kfc) I really have too much star wars items. when I get a chance I'll get my digicamera out and take a pic of my collections(atari and star wars) Dan Iacovelli
  18. I have a small colection: 40+ 2600 games about 8 7800 games about 14 jaguar games my biggest collection is mostly from Star Wars dating back from 77 when ANH came out(I haven't much from the two new movies though) Dan Iacovelli
  19. thats cool that the this book is being made I do follow the sessions (I havent tried any thing yet) anyways, after this lesson is over an idea might to have two books made (part 1 for beginners and part two for advanced) Dan Iacovelli
  20. I think Atari is getting back in the game, because I've seen the comericals for Atari's backyard basketball and other backyard games for the other systems and PC's. chances of them putting out thier own system is a long shot though. Dan Iacovelli
