  1. Shameless plugs: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/277580-activision-complete-us-collection-with-4-switch-2600/ http://atariage.com/forums/topic/277621-parker-brothers-complete-us-atari-2600-collection/
  2. This lot is for the completist collector who wants to play all the original Parker Brothers Atari 2600 games that were sold in the US during the '80's. Included Games: 21 unique carts representing EVERY original title Parker Brothers released in the United States. Please review this link to Atarimania for specific titles: http://www.atarimania.com/pgelstsoft.awp?system=2&type=G&publisher=25&country=16&licence=4&format=2&original=1&step=25 ALL of the included carts were acquired by me at retail between December of 1982 and April of 1985 EXCEPT Q*Bert's Qubes which was purchased from a collector. Game manuals are included for every title. Every cart is NTSC. Label conditions are mostly near-mint, though "actiplaque" is present on some, but all are intact with none torn or missing. Everything has been tested and works, of course, but if the buyer finds that ANY aspect of this collection is unacceptable upon delivery, I will do whatever is necessary to make it right at my expense. Logistics: Everything will be packed in one box. The games will be packed in two small boxes within a larger box. I will ship anywhere in the world. Insurance is a must. Tracking info will be provided once the carrier has the package in hand. Price: I am asking $425. Shipping is FREE. Payment may be made utilizing whatever method is comfortable for the buyer. First come, first serve. Questions are welcome, via this thread or PM. Specific details and/or photos will be happily provided.
  3. Good to know, thanks. I'll agree that an actiplaque-free Activision cart is a rarity.

  5. Thanks, but I can't say I agree because of the damn actiplaque. If I had known of a way to prevent it, well...
  6. This lot is for the completist collector who wants to play all the original Activision games for the 2600 that were sold in the US during the '80's. Included Hardware: 1. Clean but unmodified 4-switch woodgrain console complete with original Atari power supply and useless antenna switch box (for the sake of authenticity). There is an RCA/COAX adapter so it can be connected directly to any TV with COAX input. 2. Two standard CX-40 Joysticks 3. One pair Paddles (for Kaboom!) Included Games: 44 unique carts representing EVERY original title Activision released in the United States. Please review this link to Atarimania for specific titles: http://www.atarimania.com/list_games_atari-2600-vcs-p_total-page-step-licence-format-country-publisher-dump-original_44-1-50-4-2-16-3-1-1_2_G.html ALL of the included carts were acquired by me at retail between December of 1981 and November of 1989, so they have not been in circulation. Game manuals and other pack-in materials (such as the Space Shuttle overlays) are included for every title. I did NOT include ALL the inserted catalogs, but there is ONE of each in the collection, totaling 14. Every cart is NTSC. Here is a photo of H.E.R.O. in play on the included console: Label conditions are, alas, typical for Activision - LOTS of "actiplaque" - and some fading has occurred as well, but all are intact with none torn or missing. Everything has been tested TOGETHER and works, of course, but if the buyer finds that ANY aspect of this collection is unacceptable upon delivery, I will do whatever is necessary to make it right at my expense. Logistics: Everything will be packed in one box. The carts (with matching manuals) will be packed in two small boxes within the large box. Each hardware item will be separately wrapped in bubble. The box measures 15" long by 13" wide by 13" high and weighs approximately 14 pounds. I will ship anywhere in the world and via any means chosen by the buyer. Insurance is a must. Tracking info will be provided once the chosen carrier has the package in hand. Price: I am asking $425, and shipping within the U.S. is FREE. Anyone interested in buying who is outside the U.S. should PM me about shipping rates. Payment may be made utilizing whatever method is comfortable for the buyer. First come, first serve. Questions are welcome, via this thread or PM. Specific details and/or photos will be happily provided.
  7. Alrighty then. I'm in. No Facebook though.
  8. Cool! Conversely, Kill the Zombies looks original, yes?
  9. Kinderchomper looks like a hack of Fast Food, no?
  10. I bought Off the Wall, Radar Lock, Road Runner, and BMX Airmaster (TNT label) direct from Atari in August of 1990 at what were obviously closeout prices. None of these titles appeared in Baltimore-area retail stores which is why I ordered them direct.
  11. I bought Sprintmaster from Toys R Us in February of 1989.
  12. Gentlemen, I appreciate your appreciation but it's important for me to publicly acknowledge help I received with this. My standard command line for dumping when using Eckhard Stolberg's software is... 7800ctrl -tTEST STARGUNR.BIN Even though the other Telesys titles dump fine using this command, Stargunner generated the "unrecognized cartridge type" error. Omegamatrix advised me to substitute -t264K in order to force the dump using a known format, and what you see is the result. I'm just a grunt; HE'S the brains.
  13. How 'bout cart, manual, and box? Makes it "official".

  15. Lucky Man, those are great threads to re-visit. Don't know how I missed them, but thanks very much for the help. Mission accomplished!
  16. Awesome! Thanks much. 3 down, 4 to go.
  17. If anyone has, or knows a source for, NTSC versions of the following PAL ROMs, please post: Forest Motocross Panda Chase Ski Hunt Ski Run Walker Words-Attack Otherwise, are there any programming hobbyists out there who would care to do the NTSC conversions? I and the community would be most appreciative.
  18. Prompt payment, great communications. A genuine pleasure to do business with, and a credit to our community.
  19. I didn't get any of the commercial mail-order-only games (like Chuckwagon or Tooth Protectors) because there was no internet then and I didn't know they existed (until 10 years later). However, I DID get MagiCard and Kool Aid Man (and many others) directly from the publishers simply by writing letters (remember those?). Almost every company responded and that's how I built my collection of rarities. Disposable income? No, I was a young married at the time and had to pace my spending. However, a good third of my collection was gifted over the years by caring family and friends. Hardcore? Absolutely! Then... and now.
  20. Okay, here are the games I received direct as an Atari Club member: Star Raiders 08/83 Crazy Climber & Atari Video Cube 04/84 Gravitar (silver) 05/84 Swordquest WaterWorld & Quadrun 06/84
  21. SOLD! Thanks to all who viewed and/or participated in this thread.
  22. I received the following direct from Atari: BMX Airmaster (TNT box) Off the Wall Radar Lock Road Runner ...in August of 1990, and... Ikari Warriors (NTSC) Motorodeo (NTSC) Sentinel Xenophobe ...in March of 1991. They were ordered - using an Atari order form - as soon as I was aware they were available. White Water Madness was on that same order form, and I ordered it, but it apparently was never produced.
  23. Aw, don't be sad. Everything in this sale is basically a duplicate. I am still fully immersed in the hobby, collecting homebrews as they appear, former vaporware as it is found and reproduced, and I contribute to the community whenever I can. The proceeds from this sale will be spent right here in the AtariAge store, the best place to spend classic video game bucks, in my opinion. The reason I'm selling here, and not eBay, is so my 30+ year old stuff goes to an AA member, surely the best of homes. Your concern is appreciated. Be seeing you...
  24. Thanks for the kind sentiments, everyone! Already have a buyer. I'll post here when the sale is complete.
