Don't you mean DO+THE=MATH

Awesome work! It's a shame you can't get the PCB any smaller - would've been nice if Atari had a chance to release a smaller version of the Jag similar to, say the 2600 Jr or SNES2. That way you would have had a smaller board to start out with at least. Keep us posted on your progress!

Didn't we already do this thread? Anyways, Zero5 is awesome. Open it.

Cool pics, Randy...I thought I remembered you taking more than that but the day was such a blur that I could very well be wrong Thanks again for bringing out BattleSphere, it was a blast to play even just that one quick game that we got in before opening on Saturday. Hope you have that autographed Jagu-Dome framed now.

I was watching Call For Help today but missed the Emulation segment they were advertising. I'll have to catch a re-run tomorrow - sounds cool!

Yeah, this thread is pretty confusing with the first post edited out like that.

This should do the trick for you: http://www.xe.com/ucc/

1. Broken cartridges are fine, but I doubt you're going to find many of them. 2. You can purchase a copy of Phase Zero from Songbird. They have the rights to sell the Demo. No flash cart necessary. Burning other prototypes such as the UV beta that was released to PD here on AA would be perfectly fine, but you specifically said that you were going to make copies of games that were too expensive for you, not public domain rom images. Here's what you wrote: 3. Supply and demand. The only reason games are selling for as much as they are is because people are willing to pay for them. 4. I didn't say Flash cartridges were only used for development. But they do have legitimate use. 5. How can I believe someone who admits to stealing? How am I supposed to know what you're going to be pirating? Fans of the platform you plan on pirating are probably not the best people to ask for help with the topic. Sorry I didn't have any broken carts you could use to steal other's work with.

So you're going to take games that are currently cheap, destroy them and make bootlegs of more expensive games (which could be games that are still being sold by current Jaguar developers, where you would be taking money from). Not only would you destroy perfectly good Jaguar games, but actions like these do discourage those currently working on Jaguar games, whether or not it's their game you're "making". Flash ROMs have a legitimate use in development. Pirated carts do not.

So basically you're looking for us to help you pirate games?

I'm still waiting for my Ocean Depths to arrive so I can try out the demo

Yep, that's where Jaguar Interactive got its start. I used to visit that site using the text-only browser Lynx

Thanks! Kind of cool seeing them again years later. I have some around here somewhere... I printed them on a two-color press and then ran them through again and put a clear varnish over them so the colors wouldn't fade. Be careful what you put them on, though - they're permanent stickers!
-
Those were produced for JagFest 97. I actually printed those myself at work back then
-
Agreed there. Cool concept though

Nice! *crosses fingers for a vid cap*

Hopefully someone can post a mpeg of the PC5 segment on the net for those of us that don't get the channel...
-
You also got the larger of the 2 Lynx models - the Lynx II is signifigantly smaller

It was in development for NUON but VM Labs turned it down. Apparently they didn't think a 2D shooter was a good candidate for a NUON game but I would've loved to see it.

So is tonight the episode of Pulse with the PhillyClassic footage on it? Anyone know? They still don't have any synopsis for tonight's episode up on the G4 Website.

That's R.O.B., the robot that came with the NES for a while. I picked it up for $5 at the flea market just because it's so cool . http://www.nesplayer.com/database/accessories/rob.htm

I ordered the bundle pack - it was too good to pass up! -Kevin
