How many versions of Jakks Super Pac-Man are there?

[How many versions of Jakks Super Pac-Man are there?]

I've seen 4 different types of packaging for the Jakks Super Pac-Man TV game:

 

- a plastic package that says "Edition 3 Pac-Man" (seen this at Walmart; I also noticed that the Walmart Ms. Pac-Man TV games say "Edition 2 Pac-Man", so I guess that would mean the regular Pac-Man TV game is "Edition 1 Pac-Man"?)

 

- a slightly different plastic package that says "Edition 3 Pac-Man" (seen this at Walmart)

 

- a plastic package that does not have any Edition # (seen this at non-Walmart stores)

 

- a cardboard package (seen this at Toys R Us)

 

Anyone know if it's only the packaging that's different? Or could the games be different?

[Which version of Jakks Ms. Pac-Man is the best?]

I'm trying to figure out which version of the Jakks Ms. Pac-Man to get. Is it correct that there are 3 different versions? The original version, the wireless version, and the Walmart wired / game key combo?

 

I've read that the wireless version and the Walmart version have a better controls than the original version. But how does the Walmart version compare to the wireless version? And is the Ms. Pac-Man game itself exactly the same on the wireless and Walmart versions?
