  1. I loaned Candle my pal 400 11 years ago to help in the incognito. After so many years and so little communication I doubt I'll see either
  2. The carts are massive for the 5200 and won't fit, probably a different cart connector required too. The 2600 cart dumper already existed. It looks like the ring around the joystick is 4 quadrant buttons, there are two buttons on the rear plus the conventional fire button
  3. It did, but no one bought it. 400 is iconic imo but understand that it's not as loved as the XL line. Personally it's my favourite because of it's 1970s futuristic design
  4. It's half scale, the full size 400 keyboard is barely big enough to type on. As for the stick, it's usb so don't see why it won't work. The usb c64 mini/maxi gamepad is a suggested add on so pretty sure any usb stick will work 🤞
  5. Retro Games THE400 Mini (Exclusive to Amazon.co.uk) https://amzn.eu/d/fIv6KGZ
  6. Am I the first to order?
  7. Maybe @Ben from Plaion can help? And if he needs a UK beta tester I'm available 😁
  8. Sign me up! I guess that when they say "Lee" they mean non copyright infringing "Bruce Lee"?
  9. If the shield looks that bad I'd just put it in the bin, took the shield off mine 15 years ago and it works fine
  10. Agreed, and there is now a strong possibility that a 2600+ will be on my Birthday wish list for next year
  11. Donkey Kong is well worth getting. River raid and H.E.R.O you might as well play the 2600 version. Zero effort in upgrading these two unfortunately
  12. Should I still be ignoring this?
  13. I agree with @eightbit some sort of modern storage device would be the best way to go unless you really want to collect cart games but you will really be limiting your selection. My favorite is the AVG cart which can be used for cart, disc and cassette games. Whatever you do, enjoy !!
  14. Have a great Christmas, Paul. Miss you around here
  15. SUB(average) cart and a PBI breakout cable
  16. THere was someone on the 7800 forum that created a very nice version. I think the word pack maybe in the thread iirc
  17. Nope, can't code. But not asking anyone to do it for me either
  18. This is the PCB, designed for the Monster Joystick but I think it should work to convert others, but you are going to need space in the stick body to house it all
  19. search for the RSI stick mod or Radica Space Invaders stick mod on these forums. That's about the best you are going to get. Fairly easy once you get your head around the resistor wiring. I think someone made a small pcb at one point, but can't find the info right now and IIRC it was a commercial offering
  20. I've got a couple for sale, but UK only, really can't be bothered with all the customs forms
