Google Stadia isn't a console. You are basically playing with a Virtual Machine on any screen. It's kind of like using a Citrix VDI or Azure to run windows on a virtual desktop. It accepts control input and just returns screenshots as you play.

The only 'real' game console there is the Amico... lol

If VCS 800 works the same way than Stadia ...

But again, if VCS 800 plays rom games then, it's a console.
