  1. Just wanted to update this by saying that Infogrames has replaced a number of board members at IESA, including chairmen Patrick Leleu. Link is here
  2. My SNES has been like that for years. I was wondering why it's like that. I don't care, as long as it works 100 percent and plays my games, I'm happy.
  3. Thanks for the updates . Some of their games they released last year I really liked. Bullet Witch, Hot Pixel, Godzilla. Jenga is also pretty fun, too. I hope they get through this. They're my favorite game company and I want to see Alone in the Dark, DBZ: Burst Limit, and many others see the light of day and make them good profits. I don't care what other people think about them, I'm behind them 100 percent.
  4. Who here believes this company is worth saving? It's not the original company, but who believes it's still worth the money? If Atari, Inc.(GT Interactive) goes down, can Atari Interactive, Inc. pick up where it left off?
  5. How much is their stock price suppose to be to meet valuation and not get delisted?
  6. I'll definitely be downloading it. I love Tempest and want it on every console possible. Tempest 2000 is still the best.
  7. I got Eternal Sonata. Been wanting it for a while now. I'm really into the story and just love the characters.
  8. I got it from a Wal-mart as well. Truly loving it. The evolved forms look great, but I wonder, how come Pong has so many evolved forms and the rest only have one?
  9. I have Blockout for the Atari Lynx. Very addictive.
  10. The enhanced mode is the same as the one in Atari Classics Evolved hitting the PSP on December 4th. They're developed by the same company, Stainless Games. It looks very good.
  11. Dragonball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 on the Wii. That's my main one. And some NES and 2600 here and there.
  12. That's great. Now we could all forget about that terrible NES GB game. Too bad Zootfly isn't developing it. They had good looking gameplay videos up on Youtube.
  13. Wow! David Pierce, Atari's CEO, just resigned. Link
  14. I know this topic is old, but I just wanted to post some screenshots since the game is coming out early next month. It's looking like it'll turn out to be very good.
  15. Got this from Gamespot.com Link is here IGN link here
  16. I know Atari is a mixture of a lot of older companies, so why don't they bring some of their older games, that were popular, and put them on XBLA or Wii VC? What they could also do is remake some of their older IPs. For example, Blue Lightning, which only came out on the Lynx and Jaguar CD. They could get a studio to make a new game of that IP, either a realistic game to compete with Ace Combat for the Xbox 360, or a Arcade type shooter for the Wii. Accolade is in there somewhere, which they own Bubsy, that cat thats looks like a rip off of Garfield. They could make a new game out of that IP geared towards kids. Atari Europe(Infogrames Ent.) has a deal with Namco Bandai to distribute some of their games in Europe, why doesn't Atari Inc. do something similar? Wasn't Square Enix looking for some sort of North American partner a little while ago? These are just some of my ideas. They may not be so good.
  17. I remember them. Too bad. If only they put effort in their "Legends of Wrestling" games and stopped publishing crappy Mary-Kate & Ashley games, who knows where they'll be now. As for "Atari", they really need to get on the ball here. I actually wouldn't mind if they get bought out by Microsoft or Activision. Infogrames is a terrible parent company(must find new avatar). Oh and I tried the link, it works.
  18. Link DBZ is the only thing thats keeping them afloat. I wonder what will happen if they lose it. I wish they would say what Atari did wrong. EDIT: That is the correct link. but for some reason it isn't taking me to any page when I tested it out. Its probably my PC, though.
  19. It was actually $5 million, according to Wikipedia.
  20. Wow, very nice. I'm a fan of the GBC Bionic Commando, so I'll be looking forward to this.
  21. Actually, Atari already brought Missile Command and Centipede/Millipede to XBLA.
  22. Looks like Infogrames appointed some new board members. Link here
  23. Does that mean Infogrames loses the Atari name in 2013?! Weird. On the back of Atari's game boxes, it always says the Atari name and logo are owned by Atari Interactive, Inc. Why does it say Infogrames owns the name when on their website and game box arts it says Atari Interactive, Inc. owns it? Are they making it seem like Infogrames never existed?
