i have tapper too, but in a activision type case, not the other one. my 7 other sega-games all come with the regular (fancy) sega-case with a grip on top. (BTW i am not "spyhunting" anymore i got it) anybody knows more about that? or is it because they took away budweiser and rereleased it with a copyright for Mountain dew (that on my label)? or did i catch a PAL-Version in usa? i may need that other tapper if it has the regular case bira-bira haven' heard me so far ... i keep finding good non-atari related stuff, but no good carts. it stays pretty expensive to always fill up my tradebox with interesting stuff ... the non-atari stuff at least helps to get the shipping costs back in ... i will make another posting in the dealing-section of the message board about some stuff i want to get rid off again ... need to faus on 2600 !!! greetings

beamrider ... since sunday! before i tested all my brasilian carts to figure out if all these switches work. i realised i collect brasilian carts since a year and i had never played one before last sunday .... but now beamrider is in ... one of the best games

i have to be very thankfull for my woman, she's really cool about that ... aceepting my addiction and all that .... and soon, it'll be an honour open my brand new boxed sesame street games for my daughter .. she's 5 now ... hope it will be a nice memorable moment for her .... i'll post a photo here ..

hey scott, if you get some sealed ones, let me have the used ones in germany there has been none of these PAKs, only the 2600/7800 power unit and the cx-40 joystick used to be in white boxes for a while ... i got those but it's nothing real interesting in my collection ... tempest is right about othello, i've seen this scanned once within a pak ... i think with concentration and brain games, not sure though ...

think i'll agree with -^Cro§Bow^- about the way it works. must be that way .... i guess it's a great pleasure playing zaxxon with the chair. decathlon will be reserved for jamaican dancehall-queens only ... there's actually many games that are only fun with the right controller? i hated many games, until i got their appropriate controller. track'n'field, spitfire attack, mogul maniac, ... and many more ... i am twice as good in beamrider with the amiga ministick, while i'm worse with it in many other games ... and often just the old regular joystick is just the best! games and their best controllers ... that would be worth a topic in here, even for the site (sorry albert if i overload you with work )

have seen a scan of ploe position once ... i have a "pole positn" from atari. but i am sure you know that variation ... i had one of those imagics with smaller text, but wasn't really aware of the difference. i just realised when it was gone and i took the other one out my box. :-( another interesting thing is all the label color variation i have for tigervision carts, as well as a king kong in red case! greetings fish

it seems the programmers were all really cool until the warner management came in. one guy did some videos about that. but i don't remember the name, he selling the videos on his site. but it's way too expensive for me in europe . does anybody have these videos? could anybody make me a copy on a 240min-VHS-tape? or an mpg-file on a CD? that would be great, even if it's not 100% correct ... i have some german nintendo videos (3 originals) i could give away in trade for that. let me know if you can help! fish

well, i usually buy every european title i can get cheap, so that i have a whole bunch of game to trade for us-collectors that have problems to get those never-released-in-usa-games, although a lot of them are only bootlegged. i know most of you guys don't collect PAL. but after seeing your havelists, i see mangia (mostly pal), compumates, ITT & dynamics games, Homevision & rainbowvision carts, 2PAK carts from HES, Asterix, Sentinel and many other rare (or less rare) pal items .... yes, one day you realise that just one standard (pal or ntsc) istn't enough! because the few rare missing ones are just to hard or too expensive to get .... if anybody is interested in getting some PAL stuff then contact me ...

really no kidding .... i had a friend who broke a finger while hammering on the fire button on an arcade machine. we were playing "1941" together and had nearly beaten the highscore.

i had the "atarithumb" as well as severe wrist problems ... that's why i probably made a long pause and only restarted collecting atari a few years ago ... but i didn't get better !!!

i started with ghost manor and a 6-switch ... and the end of the day, i couldn't hear that final melody anymore .... so on the next day my father had to buy me a new game ... hehe and as every good game was more than 50$ in germany, i quickly jumped on to my father's apple //c, and started retyping pac-man in applesoft basic ... only a few years ago the 2600fever got me again, and i hunt for every game i don't have, planning an exposition soon and a book/website. my favs at the moment are klax and beamrider ... and my personal "alphanumeric madness"-cart greetings fish

here's something you might be shocked .... i have polaris with a) dark blue end label (only top label is different) b) light green label (only top) i have king kong in a red case with regular label and the normal one in the blue case i have maurauder with dark purple end label and pink end label ... i would trade the variations (not the regular ones) .... as well as a brand new boxed miners 2049er. i am still looking for springer and espial ... ... and river patrol i also have one homevision set for trade. send me your tradelists if you're interested. my reply may be delayed a week as i am taking a short holiday ....

well as i have only one box (and variations) from each company my percentage will be rather small ... probably way under 10%. must have about 50 boxed games and about 1000 loose carts. i also have many different cases, libraries and stuff like that, i'd say 80% of the regular items. i am missing a game center from imagic and their demo-multicart-unit for the stores (this one will be unpayable i guess). check my postings in this message board about the libraries, cases, .... greetings fish

most underrated game of all is High Bid! from hozervideo! i think ebay deserves every shot on the letters in this space invaders remake ... this game is only mentioned in a few tradelists ....
