  1. 4 and 9 are correct. 1 is still wrong
  2. I looked everywhere for Sega CD / Mega CD ISO images but I couldn't find any. Does anybody know of a good site for ISO downloads?
  3. You still having problems with that? Last thing in my 2600 was H.E.R.O. but the last game I sat down and really played was Moon Patrol.
  4. Both right, but what was the PAL title of 8?
  5. Pen Pen is the correct answer. As for the Hello Kitty Dreamcast.... they came in Blue too!
  6. Here's some harder question... Dragon Riders : What? 9) How do you unlock the Pram on Crazy Taxi 2? 10) Which game features a artificaly intelligent sword that can posses peoples minds?
  7. 2 and 18 are wrong and I'm not too sure that 'Looney Tunes: Space Race' actualy uses Cel Shading. I was thinking Jet Set, Sonic Shuffle and Wacky Races. Can anyone confirm this game is Cel Shading? Apart from that well done! Maybe next time I'll make the questions harder!
  8. I just picked up a Systema TV Boy II this weekend as I thought it would save me some room by elminating my 2600 and most of my carts, but has anyone out there got a complete list of games and there numbers? Also, how different are the games between the TV Boy and the TV Boy II / Super TV Boy?
  9. Just for fun I decided I make a Dreamcast Quiz. 1) What was the name of the Dreamcasts digital camera? 2) In the shopping mall in Bluestinger you collect cards featuring characters from which other Dreamcast title? 3) The fishing rod controller can be used to control which fighting game? 4) What is Segagaga? 5) In Shenmue what is the first name of Ryo Hazukis father? 6) Name 2 Dreamcast games that use the 'Cel Shading' technique. 7) How many blocks of data does an offical VMU hold? 10. Would you be interested in trading for Jag, 2600, NES, SMS or MD? Email me or PM me if you are. Cheers.
  11. But that's expensive, time consuming and unnessacry. This way will have the NES as good as new. And I can't see the point of replacing EVERYTHING...
  12. Yes. I have it on good authority that Buffy the Vampire Slayer was completed and ready to be released. And yes, there are about 5 versions of Seaman avaliable in Japan.
  13. @Russ: I'm gonna hit the shops tomorow, if you want me to pick you up a copy of Toy Racer (you were looking for this, right?) then PM or email me and I'll grab you a copy for trade or something. Thanks for the info on Sega Swirl BTW...
  14. You know what you doing? Move every 'Zig' for great justice! Zero Wing rules. Try and download the 'Laziest Men on Mars' track 'All Your Base Are Belong To Us' or the "Smells Like Teenspirit" bootleg that's floating about on Kazza. Hi-larious. I've probably got about 70-80 Mega Drive (Genesis) titles and I would recomend: Micro Machines 2 Tournament Edition Sonic 3 (plugged into Sonic & Knuckles) Road Rash PGA Tour 96 Shinobi Shadow of The Beast Mickey Mouse: Castle of Illusion It's not my favorite system but there are few gems if you search through all the platform, side-scrolling shooter and 2D fighting crap.
  15. Okay, I finally got round to having a look at my blinking NES I bought Sunday and it seems that it's damn easy to fix, no need to worry about buying new connectors or whatever, you can pretty much recondition what you have. Here's what to do: 1) Remove the outer casing of your NES by unscrewing the 6 screws underneath the thing. Once open you should see a big RF shielding covering the system and holding the circuit board in place. Remove the screws surrounding it and the modulator. 2) Remove the 6 screws surrounding the cartridge 'craddle' and pull away. The circuit board should be able to be lifted out partly now to give you access to the cartridge connector. 3) You'll need something like a Stanely or hobby / craft knife, use this to get underneath the connectors and leaver them upwards so as when a cart is pushed in it makes better connection. 4) Use either some alchol and / or washing-up liquid and water mixture, and spray it into the cartridge connector, be careful not to over do it, and wipe along the connectors with a bit of clothe. 5) Take a cartridge and stick it in to the machine and out repeatedly, make sure the connectors are clean on this cartidge aswell by using the same cleaning method as above. 6) Put the craddle back in and load a game, make sure that it works and doesn't blink, try it a few times to make sure everything is okay. Remeber that the aim of the game is to make the cartridge connect to the machine as best as possible. 7) If the machine continues to blink then make sure you've properly bent up the connectors, otherwise replace the cover and enjoy some gaming. I can ensure you that this method works fine and whatever crap you've heard about cutting legs on chips or just cleaning is utter balls, you need to get the best connection between the game and the system as possible and this method really works.
  16. I'm gonna have to disagree with that. Sega Europe (atleast) have provided us with free versions of DreamKey 3.0 so as we can still use the DC on-line even though they don't support the servers any more, given every owner a copy of Chu Chu Rocket and just generally supported a DOA console. I personaly didn't like the Saturn much past Sega Rally (my all-time favorite game). I would have to say that the Jaguar is my fav under dog though.
  17. I've seen screenshots of Soul Reaver 2, that was definetly nearly complete for Dreamcast. It seems that Shemue III didn't even get started and is on hold pending the release of Shenmue II on the X-Box.
  18. What Dreamcast prototypes exist or could exist? I know for a fact that Toby Guards Galleon (soon to be released on Gamecube) does exist in some way, shape or form. I played an early Beta version whilst on an interview at Confounding Factor. Half-Life certainly was atleast 90% complete. I also know of others that probably do exist (but I'd rather not say about). What others were in the pipe-line? Shenmue III? House of The Dead 3? Was Super Monkey Ball orginaly intended for DC? What about PC ports? Theme Park World? Quake / Doom? .....?
  19. Where would you get GD-Rs? It's a nice iteam, but completely pointless outside of being a collectors item.
  20. At an average Car Boot Sale I'll see at least one Mega Drive (Genesis) but on average I'll see more like 5-10, I currently own 7 Mega Drive systems and about 70-80 games. So here it's more like (not including PC games): 35% PSX 30% Mega Drive 15% Master System 10% NES / SNES 5% Dreamcast 3% Commodore 2% Atari (mostly ST)
  21. Sorry about the extra long stupid title and for this not being truely on-topic. I'm looking for Taxi 2: Le Jeu for Sega Dreamcast. I've heard it was a French only release and I realy loved Taxi and it's soundtrack. So, if anyone has this for trade or can get hold of it, then could you please get in contact with me please. Thanks in advanced.
