Hello AtariAge members. I know this is an Atari board but I figure it couldn't hurt to ask here! I collect those Gamecube Interactive Demo Discs, and the very last one I need is January 2002. I am offering a bounty of $60 shipped for a Complete copy, or $40 shipped for a disc only copy. If you don't follow these, this is more than any of them have ever sold for before (from my best knowledge). If you can help me out, or might know where I can find one, please PM me. I also have dozens of GCN Demo Discs that I can trade for it, if you would be more interested in a trade. Thanks in advance for your help. Here's an example of what I'm looking for, except this one is Version 13 (I'm looking for version January 2002) Nick

Unlike most machines that pop up on eBay or locally, this machine is in fabulous condition. It comes with 3 sets of keys: 1 set for the coin mechanism, 1 set for the coin box, and 1 set to open the back. Each set of keys is 2 keys (you get a main key and backup of each) so that's 6 keys total. The artwork on the sides is the main reason why I bought this...it looks fabulous and I'm a sucker for this type of artwork. The machine is set now to free play with 5 starting lives, but you can change these settings by changing the DIP switches on the board (there is a large diagram inside the machine explaining what each DIP switch does). Unfortunately I don't have room for it in my house and it didn't get much use in my garage and now I am in need of some quick cash. I usually post at a Nintendo forum but I figured it would be appropriate to offer this for sale here. I would HIGHLY prefer local pickup but I can work with you on shipping arrangements if needed. I live in southern New Jersey, about 15 minutes outside of Philadelphia. Please PM me if you are interested and I will respond promptly. Thanks for looking! -Nick Lowered to $300 or best offer!

HEY RANDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was doing some research about this thing I just bought and found this thread of yours. The DemoVision inside is super cool the way it works. I sure am happy with this thing. Currently I'm cleaning it up (it needs some work), and building the shelf that I am going to put it on. Thanks buddy! Nick -
Fake second chance offers are done through email by dumbasses. They usually expect you to pay with wire transfer. Real second chance offers have an actual eBay item # and you are the ONLY person that can buy it. Make sure it's hosted at ebay and not some idiot's webspace (check for www.ebay.com in the URL bar).

I missed a good one.. Heavy Sixer with Hex Discs..

Winning bidder has 0 feedback. Perhaps you can email the seller and say that if the winning bidder doesn't follow through, you'll buy it for that amount. Probably wont work, but you can cross your fingers. -
Only thing I can think of is Radar Scope

I guess Tank Command for 7800 is hard to find. A few different people asked about it. I just want to get rid of these, I'll sell them for under market value, but if one manual is somewhat rare then I don't want to sell it for TOO cheap. -Nick -

Help me identify this arcade game.
burnambill333 replied to burnambill333's topic in Arcade and Pinball
Like I said before, I played one when I was younger (around 1995 ish) and I also played one recently at VGXPO in philly (not sure if you're familiar with the convention). I also played a Tapper at the VGXPO. They had a shitton of golden age era arcade machines set up, all set to free play. It was sweet. So you're telling me that an original dedicated Timber is somewhat rare, huh? That's too bad, because I'd really like to own one. -

That's it. Thank you so much. -
I only have a vague memory of this game, and would like help identifying it. The object was to cut down trees in a field. You played the role of a guy with an axe, and you had a boss who watched over you and smoked a cigar, and weird bird type things would run from the sides of the screen to try to kill you. There wasn't a "chop" button, instead you had to stand next to the tree and move the joystick toward the tree to chop. The joystick could only move 2 ways -- left and right. I vaguely remember playing it when I was young and also played it at VGXPO but have no idea what it's called or who made it. If anybody knows the name of this arcade game, please do tell!

Finally some love. Thanks for your replies. Also Dr. Mario is a playchoice10 game, not its own arcade game like I thought. I'm being very patient looking for them in my area and preferably non-working arcades that I can restore to look like new. It'll be nice to have some sweet late 70s/early 80s era arcades in my home.
