Picked up a 5200 Trackball controller and it arrived blisteringly fast, amazingly packaged and in incredible shape - just as described. Buy with confidence!

I recently built a clone C64 and was using the ARMSID (which is also great!) but ordered one of these because I was interested AND you know they say "two SID's are better than one"....do they say that? Well, I say that.
As the now owner of your previous ARMSID, I'm wondering how they compare? I've got the ARMSID along with a real SID in my U64 but was thinking about moving the real SID back to my real 64.

Selling a GG cartridge adapter for the Analogue Pocket NIB. Would like to sell on here to avoid eBay fees. $280 + shipping. Currently sells for between $300 and $350 on eBay, according to Price Charting.
Is this just for the GG adapter or for the adapter plus a pocket?
The adapter is available on the site for $30, shipping now.

Just for the record, I tried the flat PBI extension cable and it was a total bust. Went back to the firehose.

Each platform have their pros and cons for sure. Mint makes the ST just as fun from the 'muxk around with the OS level at least.
I'm with you. Anyone who has a real beef with either/or is just a weirdo. STs were good at music apps, Amigas were good at video apps. Both played games. The Amiga is hands down the better hardware and OS. Atari (as eightbit said) included the MIDI and hard drive ports. Most of the wedge shaped STs had internal power supplies
At any rate to keep it on topic, they both work amazingly well with this monitor!

Proof the Amiga is the better machine (runs and takes cover).
Coward! If the Amiga ran Cubase I'd agree with you, but alas it doesn't

I ordered one of these to test with the Amiga:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/386276864467
Supposedly has "VLR" (or vertical line reduction) in the adapter.
We'll see what that has to offer when it arrives. I truly believe the quality we are getting (or not getting) really depends on the adapter used.
Funny my Amiga looks nearly perfect with the Amigastore generic version of that adapter with no fanciness. I've got a dozen different types of ST adapters and I can't get med-rez looking right (even from the MIST!).

These signal buffered adapters can make a fairly large difference in eliminating banding.
I intended to get around to testing one of these with the 520ST (which looks unfortunate on VGA) but then got sidetracked and then completely forgot about it after dropping an RGBtoHDMI in.
That's cheating

Anyone know the secret to getting the best medium rez out of an ST on one of these monitors? Whatever the ST outputs does not display correctly on anything I throw at it, even a Retrotink 4k. It always appears there's some sort of slight phase issue and you end up missing pixels.
Happy new year everyone!

A few 8 bit items up for sale:
1) SDrive-MAX from TBA $55: Original version in black and white XL case. Comes with an empty 16GB Sandisk MicroSD card. Mine didn't originally ship with a stylus, but your finger works wonders. You'll need to provide USB power if you want it to remain on when the Atari is off.
2) SDrive2 $50: Also known as the SDrive-ARM, this is a small touch-operated thing that plugs into the SIO port. I never got around to giving this a try, but I bought it thinking it'd be perfect for a 600XL small-footprint build. Also comes with the coolest box ever.SOLD3) AtraX SpartaDOSX Cartridge $15: Interesting old SDX clone, useful for testing when you need cart based Sparta.SOLDShipping via UPS to USA only from Atlanta. Will combine shipping on multiple items. Thanks and message me with any questions!

I have for sale the following:
1) FR99 FlashROM99 Cartridge $40: Works great and comes with the 3d-printed case that was offered at the time. Please note this is not the FinalGROM; it's the pre-cursor. Here's the disclaimer: "The FlashROM 99 supports ROM-only images of up to 32K that use the write-to->60xx bank switching scheme. It will not work with programs using GROMs or CRU-based bank switching."
2) NanoPEB $80: Provides floppy emulation via CF card, 32k RAM expansion and an RS232 port. I used this for a bit with the FlashROM cart above and it worked fine. Eventually replaced it all with a TIPI for my PEB. Comes with original 256MB CF card provided with the device when I purchased it. You'll need to provide a 5v center positive barrel jack power supply.
3) Atari Joystick Adapter $8 or FREE if you buy both items above: Lets you use two Atari compatible joysticks rather than those terrible TI sticks!SOLDI ship via UPS only to the USA. Will combine shipping on multiple items. I'm in Atlanta if you'd like to calculate things. Thanks!

@tufYou mean something like this:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/385723308933
This UK one is scart rgb to hdmi mind you.
Sorry no I meant the actual RGBTOHDMI "hat" device that attaches to a Raspberry Pi and works with these Lumacode boards. Thx!

I cant find the RGBtoHDMI board itself in stock anywhere. Already have the Copperdragon bits

As with all posts like this we only get to see a single side of the story unless the other side chimes in - which then typically becomes a finger pointing match.
It's unfortunate your exchange went the way it did; I've had the opposite experience with Lotharek in our most recent exchange.

Yes, the EDFX expansion port adapter will give you stereo audio when using a Turbo EverDrive Pro. You can also get it with an internal TurboNanza mod.
This exactly. I modded my TG16 with the Turbonanza. Works great.
