    It's amazing how they are still making the same old AA, AAA, C, D, 9V, and assorted batteries 50 years on and more..must be the longest lasting unchanged piece of tech.

    Being the idiot that I am I went for a half-hour walk in the trailer park and it started raining half-way through and I think I cought a cold... why am I so tired though?       For me, the depression still hammers away at times, but I am fortunate enough to be able to acknowledge that it's just a factor of screwed up brain chemistry. I'm sure that, from the outside, it sounds stupid to say this, but I try not to take it personally because it's brain chemistry, not anything that I've done wrong.

      Ah. I assumed it was the loss of a family member around the holidays. Did that. It got better over time.

       

      If it's really just depression, been there, too. It gets better with time, but only if some action is taken. That action might be medication while learning coping skills.

    A growing number of people on TV say "verse" when they mean to say "versus."
