What is the best simple, fun way to play Pac-Man today with a joystick?

 

I know people give mixed reviews to the Jakks systems. Are some of these better than others?

 

What would be best for a gamer who just wants a fun version of Pac-Man with a joystick without headache or too much drain on the wallet? Are there good alternatives to Jakks that are cheap are more fun?
