  Popeyes is mostly a southern chain, but for some weird reason (which I've never understood) there is one in Providence Place Mall (Providence RI). The chicken I find not as good as KFC but the sides are very good. What I REALLY we had up here in New England was Chic-F-Lay. Best chicken and waffle fries, hands down!
