    Bought a new samsung TV, there's horizontal black lines every 1/8th inch. $1000 for this? Exchaniging it.

      Vintage scanlines :) Sorry to hear of the trouble. I've used Samsung LCD monitors for PC exclusively for a decade, though I tend to use LG for home TVs.
