  Here hold my beer, the Mig 21 came out in 1959, but the B-52 Stratofortress has been in service since 1955.

  Quite possibly MV Cartela (1912) is still operational in Tasmania, and SS Rusinga (1914) in use on Lake Victoria in Kenya. There may be even older ships still in regular traffic but perhaps a 64 year airplane is more amazing than a 107 year old ship.
