  1. Notable twin cities bands:

Slave Raider - one of the band members showed up to my work. I was the only one at my job to know his musical past(He does IT consulting now). I said some lyrics to their notable single, and his response was "I wrote that"

    Dare Force

    Husker Du

Blaze - only 5 songs, but really good ones

    Lipps Inc - "FunkyTown"

Trip Shakespeare - "Toolmaster of Brainerd"

The Peter Graves Electric Experience - Ok, I made that one up.

Wow, this is the most Minnesotan episode ever. doncha know. grey duck,

  2. 1. I liked the Garfunkel & Oates "Sports" song being covered on the Channel F files podcast episode.

    2. Constructive criticism for Retro Warriors:

    1. Don't have to swear that much

    2. The Nintendo Switch isn't retro, let's not devote so much of the episode to it.

    3. The main topic of the episode shouldn't be the last 10 minutes of the episode, and that's it. Again, #2

    4. Sometimes the jokes go on for a bit too long, where host 1 says x, host 2 says x+1, host 1 tries x+3, and it's 3 minutes later. Flow, people.

So far, the hottest podcast isn't a podcast at all. it's audio recordings of a court case of Kevin of Skit-B pinball finally paying for his crimes. He's playing dumb to the judge and forgetting more than Oliver North.

  3. You could easily build an NES adapter for the parallel port (DB-25, DB-9, a few wires and diodes), although that would require having a parallel port.

Problem is, parallel ports aren't what they used to be. Microsoft IIRC slimmed down what you could do with it. I remember some guy hookig up a paralel port to a PS2 controller(hooking up the siwtches, etc) to find cheat codes in GTA: SA. With a USB-parallel port adapter, that's not possible.
