    So the Ataribox Game by Game podcast is up for grabs. Sure, it isn't out yet, but that didn't stop a 1-off episode of the Coleco Chamelon podcast from happening. Still wanna hear that one. It hasn't been found....yet.

    I'll be going this year. Staying at the Crowne Plaza. Really wished I checked the official website for hotel specialls before booking on Orbitz. Either way, I'll have a non-convention day to myself to see if I can find any of the filming locations for Portlandia. No checked baggage, just me & a backpack. I haven't gone to PRGE in years.

    Was it Saturday you recorded? It was tropical in MN Saturday, but now it's cold & rainy. I also remember Piccadilly Circus in the now defunct Har Mar Mall. That had some memories there. I knew it was there at least into the late 80s. That was where I saw the Spy Hunter that was being guarded by some guy's girlfriend. There was also another Piccadilly Circuis in Highland Park(St. Paul, MN) that was a very vertical-shaped place. They had a Dragon's Lair with a secondary monitor for spectators. The location now is a bank/office building where I hit the gym(Lifetime Fitness). It was next to a Caravan Serai.

    So we have podcasts for discontinued consoles, current consoles, and an informercial for a console yet to be produced. This I gotta hear. For best results, listen to it at 3am on a weeknight.

    If real life were Silicon Valley, you know darn well Mike Kennedy would pop up as being part of Ataribox, as a last minute of the episode plot twist.

      It took me some re-readings and a quick google search to realize "Silicon Valley" is a tv show and not just a reference to the area.

    Did anyone, BITD didn't bother with the Peripheral Expansion Box and decided to get everything on the side car? We're talking disk controller, serial & parallel port, etc. Surely someone had a large enough desk to do it.

    I discovered a ZX port of Hunt the Wumpus that really knocks it out of the park for authenticity. I noticed that the Wumpus looked familiar. It's the Metalloid sprite from Tunnels of Doom...I think.

    So it takes in cartridges, yet still needs an emulator? While I'm sure there's a logical explanation for it, it still seems weird to me.

    I looked on the "Features" sidebar content, and all of it is from 2002-2004. Surely there are newer photo galleries & features since then that could be put up there. Midwest Gaming Classic has expanded quite a bit since then.
