So I was given an old Epson portable TV. This thing is from the early 80s, and somehow the batteries still work. However, it has no antenna jack. Just the antenna it came with. Is there any way I could retrofit a RCA port to it, tune it to channel 3, and hook it up to a retro console? I tried touching an RCA cable from an Intelly to the antenna, but couldn't pick up anything. It was on channel 3.

I played Future Spy, and it's much more managable. Kind of cool how it shows the "strike zone" for enemies shooting flak into the sky where you have to avoid it being hit. No odd-angled projectile sprite to dodge.

Never thought I would hear a lesser-known AFoS song in this podcast.

There's terrible franchise choices for pinball, but the game underneath it can be fun. I couldn't stand the movie Congo, but playing the (virutal) version of Congo pinball is really fun. Never watched a single Addams Family movie, but still enjoy the pin. Johnny M was a terrible movie, yet I played the pin all the way to the very end. Yes, the game ends. You get to "shutdown" mode, and it's an accomplished game over.

In the future, I might do guesting spots(like you offered me a while back) or submit audio segments when a game of note comes along(like Solaris). If i finally do that '99/4A GBG, it's not going to be on podomatic for sure.

On the latest Retrogaming Roundup, one of the soundbytes still has SoCal Mike's voice in it. Surely that can't be intentional, can it? I threw in the towel on CCG. Closed down the podomatic account. I've got some things in my life to sort out & 9 times out of 10 I never got the free time or gusto to record a podcast segment. I might come back with an entirely different podcast, but I'm overwhelmed in projects & such right now.

I played Super Zaxxon at MGC. I couldn't make it past 3 seconds, always smacking into the wall. Over & over & over again.

Pics or it didn't happen. That's my ultimate holy grail, which I will probably never find, considering the fact I think only 500 or so made it out. Half of one went for $2K a while back.

That's the one. I saw a video of it, and was amazed by what was done in the 70s for a non-video game.

First I saw was a reference to Pitfall, with Harry swinging on a french fry. Another one(didn't see it) was a Space Invader made of cartons. Today's was a StarFox plane flying over a meal. Which one of you is doing ads for Arby's? I predict next a curly fry will be hopping around a pyramid of sandwich cartons.

Just noticed another podcast pop up on gamebygamepodcast.com Dos Games Hub Only 1 full episode out. I'll give it a try. Wow, major crop of podcasts all of the sudden. Plenty of casts for someone else to do the 2016 poddies awards with.

There's also a podcast called "Retro game fix", but you think with that name, they would cover just retro. Nope, it's another "We cover everything, but end up talking about modern" again.
