I buy alot more than I actually play too. I end up playing PS2 and Dreamcast mostly. Just unhooked an N64 and put it away for later. My Dad is a fisherman for sport. When he catches a fish , he then releases it back into it's habitat. So he fishes for the sport of it. I look at collecting videogames in the same way. It's like sport, something that you love to do. Get's you up early in the morning.

A buddy down the street from me had a Texas Instruments home computer, In think it was a TI-99. I remember playing Alpiner on it. Can't remember wich arcade I first played. Probably Donkey Kong, Pac Man, or Galaxian.

Yesterday there was only like 3 games that I wanted to get. Went back today and there was about 10 more that I wanted, plus a bunch of Intellivision games, wich I had most of the titles already. Heres what I got, I checked the rarity on them, wich I also added to the list. Picked up an Odyssey 2 today at a thrift store for $8, there was also a 2600 console and some games. I want to go back tomorrow to get the 2600 games.

As far as I know, light gun games cannot be played with emulators. Or can they?

Went by Goodwill tonight, saw about six Genesis games all boxed. I asked the lady to see Cosmic Spacehead, it was 2.99. So I told her I'd take it, then I was considering getting Lemmings also because mine is unboxed, then almost instantly a nerd said OH MY GOD Lemmings! I felt like saying oh I'm getting that one, but I'd hate for somone to do that to me so I left it. I went back about 15 minutes later to see if he got it, and he had bought all the genesis games except Sonic 2.

I have one of those Sharp Tv's with a built in Super Famicom. It has a small scratch on the screen, wich is barely noticeable while viewing. It's also missing the control cover. I was thinking about selling it, but I was wondering how much these are worth?

Stopped by one of my favorite thrifts stores today, I was looking around the electronics section and happened to see a Jag console with a price tag for $9.99. Funny, cuz I was just playing my Jag for the first time in months last night, and bam! came across one today. I grabbed it, it also came with Cybermorph, gamepad, Tv adaptor and power supply.

Why did you pass up the Heavy, thats not a bad price if it's in decent shape at all. Today at the thrifts, 2nd place I went had about 20 NES carts, so I had to choose wisely, there were a bunch more I wanted, but I controlled myself and got 5 of them at $2.98 each NES Thundercade NES Wrath of The Black Manta NES Mission Impossible NES Snake Rattle & Roll NES Tecmo World Wrestling Also at the same spot SMS carts bags of 2 for $1.98 Paperboy and Ghostbusters Penguin Land and Reggie Jackson Baseball 5th place GEN CIB Zero Tolerance $2.99 GEN CIB The Adventures of Mighty Max $2.99 GEN CIB Outrun 2019 $3.99 Also they had a Heavy Sixer for $15.99 It had a blue sticker on the pricetag meaning it had parts to it. I asked the lady if I could see what went with it just in case it came with somthing great. The lady came back with a plastic bag containing a flashback 2 and like 2 commons. So I left it. P.S. While looking through the cart section, a kid about 12 was looking at carts next to me. He was looking through the N64 carts. I said "you looking for N64 games?". He replied, "NO, NES". I said I didnt know guys your age were into NES. He said "yup". I asked him if I could see what he got, he said yeah, a few basic titles. But I was impressed the kid knew about NES.

I finished watching Vinyl this afternoon. The obsessive collecting can become a serious problem. The man that said the music wrecked his life, wished he never began collecting. then there was the guy that sold his collection to buy a horse, he seemed much happier. CED movie discs are around the wild quite a bit. I've got the Star Wars trilogy on CED. Now, finding a CED player that works is another story. I've only seen one in the wild and it was at a big wherehouse elephant sale that was a weekend only thing. Of course they're on ebay, but usually go up pretty high in price.

Cheap Sam's choice sodas are great cuz you can get a bunch of flavors and there like .69 each.
