  1. Actually Matty, I don't think they are from different companies. The copyrights clearly state Activision and Atari, but on some, they only state Activision. An example I have is I have 2 copies of Stampede, one clearly states copyright Atari and Activision, while the other only states Activision copyrights. They are both dated 1981 and everything else is exactly the same, just the missing Atari copyright. It's very wierd.
  2. Ok, I'm not sure if this was asked already or not, but here goes.... I noticed looking through my collection that on some of my Activision carts, the copywrite info is different. On some of them. Atari and Activision both have copywrites, and on others, only Activision is mentioned. Is this common??? Is one version any more rare than the other. I tried doing research on here and on the web, but I can't seem to find anything. Hopefully someone here can shed some light on this. Thanks
  3. I'd hate to think that it was shill bidding, but with what has happened in the past, bug90 for example, this has to come to mind. It is sad to say that there are people out there looking to screw someone either for the money or just the shear pleasure of it. It may be a real auction with a typo though, but I'd guess I'll never find out. I did make note of this id and I would suggest that every buyer should. I still say that it's people like that who make it difficult for alot of sellers.
  4. It's probably an auction to shill feedback. He probably has a buddy who will "win" this and leave bogus "positive" feedback. Remember all those "test" products??? They usually build up false feedback just to screw some unfortunate buyer in the future with a bogus auction.
  5. Only had 1 find in the wild this weekend. Skate Boarding. I did see a few others (Asteroids and Pitfall for example) that I didn't get. Skate Boarding was the only one I didn't have. Bought it for a dollar too so I thought It was a pretty good find, espically since it is getting might difficult now a days.
  6. Kaboom and Circus Atari for me. But I don't have a problem with Asteroids or Ms. Pac-Man.
  7. If you could, please. I'm just not really sure on the connector and does radio shack sell it? Thanks.
  8. Ummm.......ok...... Since I'm pretty much electronics illerate, what you said in your last post made me confused as a baby in a topless bar. Wish I did have the know how though.
  9. I'm looking for this power supply. If you have an extra one, let me know and maybe we can work something out.
  10. Do you have a want or trade list???
  11. Aw, come on, nobody thought of this one yet. Leisure Suit Larry. I remember trying to "fool" the age verification questions in the beginning. I thought it was a hilarious series.
  12. Well, the connector is the same configuration, but I think it ends there. Since only one game for the 2600 was designed for the touch pad, I dont think it would work with any Colecovision titles. But, maybe someone here is capable of doing the testing.
  13. Miner 2049er. Just a completely wild guess from left field.
  14. Spy Hunter?? Figured it wouldn't hurt to guess that one.
  15. Well, Cap, when you get that, would you part with just the ac adapter? If not, what would you want for the console and adapter. Check out my trade list and see if there is anything there you want. If I don't have anything there, look at my main list and maybe, just maybe, we can work something out. Let me know. Thanks
  16. That's quite alright. I wish it was as easy as getting a universal adapter.
  17. Actually, the 7800 uses a "unique" adapter with a "blue squarish thingie" (technical lingo there folks) as the part that plugs into the 7800. So, unfortunatly, a universal adapter probably wouldn't work, unless, there was a way to "modify" it to fit, but since I'm not that techie, I'll opt for an original.
  18. Thanks cap. I actually found a source for a console. But, there is no ac adapter. If you get an ac adapter in your lot, let me know. Now I just need an ac adapter. So, now that is the new question I am throwing out here. Feel free to check my trade list (as pathetic as it is right now), or maybe a cash deal can be worked out. Hopefully someone can help me here.
  19. Just downloaded the rom. Great game with great possibility. Looking forward to the final result.
  20. Hmmm. I have a label-less parker brothers game. Maybe auction it as a "mystery game"; could be a proto, could be Frogger 2, hmmmmm.......

    2600 FOR SALE

I believe this is in the wrong forum. It should be in marketplace.
  22. Well, I use De-Solv-It. Believe it or not, it gives it a very good shine and cleans it very well. I do take the cover off so I don't get any of it into the contacts though.
