Well, I stopped in at my local Salvation Army and saw 3 Atari carts. They were Kaboom, Tennis, and Venture; each only 89 cents, so I grabbed them. While looking around, I noticed mixed in with the books what looked like 3 boxed games. Lo and behold, there was Triple Challenge, Slam Dunk Pro Basketball, and Super Pro Football, boxed and complete. Again, each boxed game was only 89 cents. So for about $6.00 I got 3 Atari 2600 games and 3 boxed Intellivision games. I do have a question posted in the classic forum about the Intellivision, but for what I paid, I think I made out pretty darn good.

Hoping someone can help a little on this. I picked up 3 games today, all boxed with instructions and was hoping could give me an idea on rarity and price. The games are: 1 - Triple Challenge 2 - Slam Dunk Super Pro Basketball 3 - Super Pro Football Any help is greatly appreciated.

Another Quadrun up for auction, this time with no pics. Just seems a little strange that all of a sudden these games are coming from nowhere. Quadrun auction

Now Lemmi, that's what I'm talking about. If you can find the plug, let me know. If not, let me know too, I might be able to get a plug from somewhere. Thanks.

Forgive me for asking, but when I quickly scanned over the marketplace topics, I didn't notice anything regarding ebay. Or am I missing something. I might be, have been known for it in the past.
-
Yes, that is a little more than what I want. Sorry if I sound picky, but I'm looking for just the console and the ac adapter. I mainly want to use it as a back up to my existing system. I almost don't care what shape it is in, as long as it works, it doesn't smoke, houses little critters, or glows in the dark for a few examples. But I am still looking and I HOPE someone here does have one. Anybody??????

I did notice something odd just now. The seller for the boxed quadrun in the other post and the seller for this quadrun are both from Pennsylvania, and both almost next to each other: Lancaster and Reading. Both of which is only about 30 minutes from me. Hmmmmmm.......

Actually, I think this should be in the market place. But to answer your question, feel free to look at my site and check the trades section. It's not much right now, but if you see something, let me know. I'm sure something can be worked out.

Could these be the real McCoy? Maybe. Only a few things bother me though: 1) Seller is a newbie (which isn't a big problem; I tend to give people chances) 2) The Seller only accept money orders (again, small problem) 3) Obviously, the seller is quite aware of the value of these games. So, why list them in the wrong category and chance getting alot less than if he/she listed them correctly. Well, I e-mailed the seller asking if they could e-mail me a few screenshots of the Crazy Climber game. Let's see if he/she gets back to me.

looking for rfu adapter for my atari 2600 system...
lonesome_pa replied to epic7493's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
You can get one at Radio Shack. Just make sure it is a manual switch. The 2600 is not capable of using the automatic switch. On a side note, you can also use a phono to coaxil adapter. I use this one with an a/b switch and it gets better picture and sound than an rf switch. Just thought I would make you aware of that. -
What do you want for the Ghostbusters cart?

I have the 1978 release of Hangman complete. I also have Circus Atari complete, but it's the 1980 release, wasn't sure if this matters or not but thought I would mention it. You can see scans of these on my webpage under the "Atari 2600" section and clicking on the link for my boxed games. What would you want to trade for one (or both if you prefer)? -
Yep, I'm still looking for a 7800 console with an AC adapter, nothing else. All leads have proven to be fruitless. As you may or may not be aware, my trade list is pretty pathetic right now. It's rough out there. But, if someone has a console they would be willing to part with, I'm sure that we can work something out.

Saw this one and was wondering, is this a proto or a burned game. I admit I'm no expert on protos, just curious as this will most likely be WAAAAY out of my price range. Donald Duck's Speedboat

That's what's it's like around me. I did pick up some games that I already had to use as "trading fodder" if you want to call it that. But otherwise, nothing really exciting yet to be found, emphasis on yet. I know there is a find out there, just a matter of timing.

My parents decided to buy me a video game system, for some unknown reason to me. So, we went down to our local Shop-Rite, yes, Shop-Rite, when they used to sell games. They bought a 6-switch with Combat, and I bought Adventure with my "hard-earned" allowance. I still remember clear as day walking up to the customer-service counter in awe, seeing all those consoles behind and the games in the counter. Ah, the memories.........

From my understanding, this interface is quite rare. If I had to venture a guess, probably about $100. I have seen them up on eBay from time to time, but not often, and seen them sell for about that price. Maybe someone else might have a little more info on it.

games compatibility for unmodified supercharger ?
lonesome_pa replied to israelg's topic in Hardware
If I understand correctly, I think this is what you are looking for. -
Again, this should be in marketplace forum.
-
How much you want for the manuals? BTW, shouldnt this be in the market place forum??

I find it very graphic, espically for a 2600. Even it's replay value is very good.
