I do really appreciate you letting me know about that auction. I will keep watching it, but I probably won't bid on it. Not sure yet. But thank you.

Freedom: I'm really looking only for the console and ac adapter for the 7800; I have the joysticks and hook-ups. Would you be willing to sell or trade just them?? As for the overlays, I managed to get copies of all 4 of them, so thank you anyway. If I come across anyone who needs them, I'll keep you in mind.

Try pop-up stopper. It stops all those annoying pop-ups. As for King Asmo's site, I believe that it is free to get a page there and in order to get a free page, you have to agree to those pop-up's. That's how the site can offer the free page. So, I think actually it's not King Asmo's choice to have those pop-ups. I'm sure if he had the choice, he wouldn't have them. On my page, I mostly have only one pop-up appear, through no choice of mine, but the pop-up stopper stops it. BTW, King, I don't mean to be putting words in your mouth here, so please accept my apologies if I offend.

I wanted to share this with all of you to make you aware of a problem on eBay; I know, no surprise, huh?? A friend of mine had an auction with a lot of Nintendo NES games with a Buy-it-now. Within 1 hour of posting their auction, someone came along and used the BIN. The potentional buyer had a zero feedback, but the seller didn't mind; she delt with zero bidders before without a hitch. What she failed to notice was the bidders ID. The id was oldnintendogamesstink; it should have clued her in. What happened was that after the auction ended, the buyer sent her an e-mail stating that he used the BIN because NES games "suck" and he didn't want anyone else to have them and he wasn't planning on paying for them. Well, she e-mailed eBay, but we all know how they are, don't we????? Imagine the size of the brass balls it would take to pull a stunt like this??? In short, I wanted to make everyone aware of this "headache" bidder and to avoid at all cost.

hmmmm.......maybe......I never tried connecting it through a computer. Just stuck with a tv. Maybe someone else would know.

I noticed that if you directly hook up a 2600 to a tv using an phono to coaxil adapter (at Radio Shack) give a lot better picture as well as sound. I connected mine using an A/B switch that way it's always hooked up and just press a button when I'm ready to play. It's a lot better than those manual rf switches. This might fix the video problem you are having.

I believe that it means that the objects are in different locations each time you play on that level. It has been a while since I played that game, so I'm going on memory and could be wrong.

Rob, try tuner cleaner (found at any Radio Shack). I found that works good too. And with the wand included, it makes it easy to get into the pots. Just put the end of the wand in and spray.

I looked at Coleco's Berenstain Bears game notes and they are exactly word-for-word the same as Smurfs Save The Day which doesn't fit the description. I wasn't sure if someone noticed this before, but I thought I would mention it.

Those measurements worked. I printed out the overlays and now I have them for my kid's controller. Thanks for the help.

It's quite clear now that this guy is obviously building up false bids. Check his feedback and see that one was left on the 18th. These people are probaly in cohoots with one another. I e-mailed ebay informing them of these auctions. I am still considering bidding on one and see if my bid gets cancelled or if I actually "win". It really irks me to see this kind of stuff happening.

Was wondering if anyone knew the dimensions for the overlays for the Sesame Street games. I tried printing them out and they are too big as they are. I tried re-sizing them manually several times to no-avail. I was wondering if someone had an original of one and can tell me the dimensions so that I can re-size them. Thanks.
