  1. It should work. I actually used just a normal yellow RCA cord that had a short pin on one side and at a 45 degree angle (which I got at Radio Shack). If the RCA cord worked, the nintendo one should.
  2. They were all great games. But I always thought No 7 was the best; being full talkie and almost like watching a cartoon. It even had hilarious outtakes and side quests like "Where's Dildo" a spoof of where's Waldo. Very fun stuff indeed.
  3. I remember playing Lemonade Stand on my old school IIe back in the day. I seem to remember it having the dual disk drive unit sitting on top of it too. Ah, the good ole days....
  4. You can always retrieve his contact info for the auction you won. If the auction is too old, you can always bid on one of his new ones, and then retrieve his contact info. You don't have to be a winner to do this, just a bidder. After you receive it, you can always then do a bid retraction, unless you don't like doing retractions, but that's up to you. I had to do this once before, for a different reason, so I know it works.
  5. Collectability...maybe...very maybe with that price tag. But for use....make sure you're under 100 lbs. I've seen a couple around and when I go back there they're still there.
  6. Well, I've played it for a little while tonight and it is a hard game. The controls aren't difficult, but they're not easy either. As far as better then Resident Evil, I have to disagree. The RE series is way better than this, espically the rehashed first one.
  7. Anybody try this game?? I picked it up last night for the GameCube but didn't get the chance to try it. I was wondering if anybody had any input on it. I saw that it good some good reviews.
  8. Good for you, and yes it is hard, if not frustrating because of the way you have to replenish health and missles.
  9. Yes, it's a great game and very re-playable. I personally wouldn't rate it top game, top 5 maybe. I'd rate Super Metroid and Mario RPG above it myself.
  10. And don't forget Paper Mario Honestly, I love my N64 and so far (knocks on wood) every game I have bought for it I never tire of. I'd recommend it anyday. Just keep in mind the high price of memory expansion paks, unless you stumble across one; they can go for the same price (if not more) than the system themselves.
  11. I keep mine in an Excel Spreadsheet. Makes printing a need list pretty easy.
  12. That's exactly what it looks like. But the keypad is different. The colecovision has white buttons, not green, black or yellow like this one. But it could be a homemade overlay to cover-up discolored buttons.
  13. Well, in todays mail I received the Pick N Pile, as promised and the set of Telegames games. Although this contect ended up being a bust, I believe the initial idea was a good one and it opened up a new doorway for me for Upromise where I have already expanded my "family". Thank you again Bloated Monkey.
  14. Due to a technicality, there's not going to be a "winner".
  15. So far, I have not heard anything from the officer, despite my best efforts. And my new job doesn't permit be the ability to telephone her during the day. So far, I have left about 3 phone messages and about 2 e-mails and have heard nothing. I can provide the number to the officer for the parties involved, but other than that, I don't know what else I can do. I'm sorry if I got people's hopes up and then have them come crashing down, but I did the best I could do and I don't know what to do if she doesn't return my calls/e-mails.
  16. "Here is a Atari 2600 Joystick Controller that we have cleaned, and tested out. They perform great, and look great too! If you have been looking for a pair of these, then these are the ones you should be biddin' on! You will not be disappointed!" Ok, this is misleading.........
  17. It must be a typo. If you check out his other auctions, he has other games starting at a penny. Obviously, he never proofread before hitting the submit button.
  18. I felt that I needed to post this reply. As of typing this, I have not yet heard back from the officer. I don't want people to think that I have stopped doing anything on this just because I have received my game. I haven't and I'm doing everything I possibly can to find out what is going on with the rest of yours. I again called the officer and left another voicemail for her yesterday. I still haven't heard back. I will call her again on Monday and instead of leaving a message, I'll ask the dispatch if she has been in, or if she has been unavailable to answer my messages. But please understand that I am trying to get to the bottom of this the best way I can and felt that you needed an explanation of what is going on since my understanding of the deadline has passed.
  19. I didn't take it as critisim, not at all. It just feels that at times the only way to get something done is to hold a gun to someone's head, but the last time I heard, that was illegal. Normally, the officer is pretty quick to return my calls; maybe she is training, or on midnight shift again. I'm sure she has a reason.
  20. I have a telephone call into the officer for an update. Once I know something, I post here. I'm trying the best I can do.
  21. Shop-Rite (yes the grocery store). My parents bought my first Atari there. Jamesway, K-Bee, and some "mom&pop" store that I can't remember the name of.
  22. I have actually seen this term before. Not relating to Atari though, but mostly to action figures (that come in a box that is). I have used it a few times my self. I generally use MISB, but sometimes I use NRFB to be a little different.
  23. Is the seller on these boards?? I ask because if you notice the description, it's almost an exact copy of the Rarity 10 description as well as the Romox description from this site. I'm not sure if it is known or not, but just thought I would mention it.
  24. Any action isn't really needed right now. The matter has been placed into the hands of the local authorities and they are currently working on it as we speak.
  25. Well, if I don't hear anything from anybody by the 9th, I will assume that nobody received anything and I will e-mail the officer for an update.
