Generally, I would say about 2 weeks. That would allow time for holidays, work, and life in general. So far, all my trades are usually done in that time frame, but sometimes if it's overseas, it might take a little longer. But, a month? Where did you get that idea?? *casually looks at trades with Pooyan thread* Oh.......

Well it's not the adapter or you wouldn't see the title screen. Does only one game do this? Have you tried any other game?? It sounds like it's the game. I had an Ikari Warriors do that. It powered up, got the title screen, than nothing....just a black screen. But every other game worked fine. My first guess would be the game. Try cleaning it a few times and try again. If still no luck, and other games do work, then my friend, you have yourself a nice looking paperweight there.

New seller with zero feedback yet. Seems very fishy to me. Note the location in the listing: Japan; but if you look where the seller is located: Canada. Even more fishy. I'd steer clear......

Well, a few minutes ago I have filed an online complaint using the above link. I gave them all the info I had, and posted a link to this thread so they can see what's going on. I mentioned that I wasn't the only one involved, but yet, each person is a seperate transaction. Hopefully something will be done about this. If I get any response, I'll keep you informed. I was hoping that it wouldn't resort to this, but I was left with no alternative.

I wouldn't worry. There's always at least one bad apple in the form of a seller or buyer. It can't be avoided. I'm sure people will see the neg and see that it's retalitory and look over it.

Well, I came to the decision that I want to take this a step further. I want to mail him a letter, Certified, R.R.R., as to the status of my order. So far, I only drew it up with me in mind, but if people wish, I can somehow incorporate them into it also. Perhaps we can start a fresh thread where only those people involved can post what they have purchased/traded so we can have an inventory list. This has me beyond pissed at this point and I'm refusing to sit iddlely by. Perhaps, we may want to "elect" one person to collect all the info, all the types of payment, and submit one massive complaint form incorporating all complaints to the P.O. I suspect that it may raise more eyebrows that way than if only one person did it. But, if anybody wants me to include their info in this letter let me know. I would like to mail it out by Monday at the latest. Well, for best quality video, I wouldn't use a RF. Use a coaxle to RCA adapter. It give much better picture and sound than the old RF.

This is way over due at this point. I pretty much came to the conclusion that we have been screwed and I lost $8.00. My PM to him of 5/5 still goes un-retrieved and my PM of 4/24, which he did receive, goes unanswered, and with no new posts from him, nor, I assume, that no-one heard squat from him. Yes I am pissed. But also, what can I do. I can't exactly walk up to his front door holding a gun asking "where's my stuff?" I know Joel has spoken for him, but atleast he (Pooyan) can do is give an update or atleast ship out the games to the people who actually PAID the shipping cost. That's what I fail to understand. If the shipping was paid by the "buyer" (us), what out-of-pocket costs can he have??? I understand that people get busy and can't ship things out right away, but a MONTH?!?!?!? I'm sorry for saying this, but that is not acceptable. And does anybody realize what this has grown into?? Now, anybody somewhat new who comes on here looking to sell, we are going to be very skeptible because of this. If anybody has any idea of what to do, I am open to suggestion, but I feel that we have been more than patient on this. At least you know his name. I had to send him his product and he wouldn't even give me his name. Return address on envelope had no name and he paid with cash. I sent it to his username, didn't know what else to do. I contacted him, but got no response.

I dealt with this seller before. He was a buyer for me and I had to fight with him to make payment on the auction he won. He finally paid me really late but it came with a complete attitude though. Be careful, read his feedback very carefully. He received a neg in the past week alone. Also, check the feedback he left about others.

Has anybody heard anything yet? Even a message from him?? My pm to him still goes un-received. I even passed on 2 great deals on eBay for the same game I was expecting to get. Oh well, it's starting to look like all hope is lost.

Also feedback is something that's not required, but voluntary. I got screwed out of many a feedback, but there's nothing I can do. I wouldn't keep e-mailing the seller/buyer as that person might report you as "harassing" them. Ebay should crack down on their feedback forum, but we all know what the chances of that is.......

CPU- I would make it sticky to ensure that this thread doesn't get "lost in the shuffle". Well, I'm still hoping that this ends in a good way. Trying to be optimistic in this situation, but it's difficult.............

I sent him a pm on the 5th looking for an update but it's still in my outbox; I guess he hasn't been on. I would really like to think that this will end up with a good ending, but I can't shake the bad vibes. I understand Joel had great dealings with him, but nobody can blame us with where this is heading. If Pooyan has problems I can understand that, I've been there myself. But at least send out the games a little at a time, or at the very least, post an update here. I rather get an update message then completely nothing at all. I strongly believe that we atleast deserve that. I am trying to be very patient here, but it's getting harder to do everyday this goes on. I don't want to feel that way, but I, as I am sure all of you, are left with no other alternative.
