Oh, he got seriously nerfed in The Wolverine again, kinda like Iron Man got downgraded from Avengers to Iron Man 3 -

One of the more memorable events from the future timeline actually is Wolverine being killed by a Sentinel: -

I think it's "inspired" by DoFP at best. The first major difference already is that they're sending Wolverine back in time instead of Kitty Pride. -

Did you already catch the "Days of Future Past" Trailer that came out today? More of the same lame that killed the first Superman trailers. Also lacking the BRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWNNN sample indicating the end of the world... -
Hm... I'd say for one playthrough they're good enough. The interruptions only got annoying when going after the trophies.

I'd agree. Origins was a lot better. Also the 3D didn't *add* anything to the movie - as usual... I love Hemsworths portrayal of Thor, but to sum up the first flic in two words I'd choose 'mostly boring'. It gets even more boring if you give it a second or third try The new Thor... I'm kinda puzzled why he's fighting Mass Effect Reapers in the trailer, but well, I know I'm going to see it anyway -

Just checked, but no review for "The Wolverine" available. Did you see it? I thought it was pretty good until they completely ruined it in the final 20 minutes -
It seems the patch will get released soon now. Besides all sorts of bugfixes I think this is quite a nice new feature: Quick Cinema mode- This mode will skip most of the cutscenes when activated. The option will show up if you have at least one playthrough completed, even it if was pre-patch.

This morning I finally completed Resident Evil (NGC) 100%! I unlocked all costumes, did the 5 and 3 hour speed-runs to unlock the gun and the rocket launcher with unlimited ammo and then even completed the game in "invisible enemies" mode, unlocking the special congratulatory message from Shinji Mikami Capcom games beaten in 2013: Knights of the Round, The King of Dragons, Breath of Fire II, Mega Man X2, Captain Commando, Tower of Doom, Shadow Over Mystara, Street Fighter Alpha, Final Fight 3, Darkstalkers Chronicle & Resident Evil

What PS3 games are you currently playing?
Cybergoth replied to HammR25's topic in Sony Playstation 3
I actually opted to ignore Assassins Creed after I didn't like AC II, but a workmate talked me into giving it another try and lent me his copy of AC III. The first 2 hours were surprisingly promising so far -
The new layout is killing the page for me as well. Kinda optimized for Smartphones and maximum ad-space. Albeit I don't know an alternative either, I've been using it since its launch in 1999

Basic funding of Shantae is already secured, but I hope it'll make the first stretch goal, which sounds like a lot of fun:

Claimed the final trophy in Duck Tales Remastered last night after beating it on "Extreme" difficulty - in spite of hard-pogo control quirks and "number #1 dime race" freezes... Unfortunately ps3trophies seems to have problems with profile updates right now, so I can't generate a 100% trophy card to brag
-
The game just glitched when chasing the #1 dime in a way that no matter what I did the collision detection wouldn't register Scrooge touching it, so I helplessly lost 10 lives in a row!

I can confirm that "Combat 2" for the 5200 had to be removed from the Atari Age store a couple of years ago due to a C&D from Atari.

Will developers port their digital titles to next gen?
Cybergoth replied to DaytonaUSA's topic in Modern Console Discussion
I could possibly be missing something, but so far I thought the exact opposite is true and all Wiiware games can be moved over to Wii U via SD card? -
Down to the final trophy, all that's left to do now is beating it on extreme
-
I'm lagging behind, only last week I ordered the first GTA for the PS1
-
I stand corrected
-
I'd be happy if it was just a key bypass on the PS3, but instead of e.g. using R2/L2 you have to pause the game and then cancel the cutscene in the pause menu.

Rearmed is available on Capcoms XBLA collection disc.

Finished Uncharted 3 today. Quite nice Popcorn game once again, incredibly predictable, but still probably the best of the Trilogy
-
Added Mario Bros. and Super Mario Bros. to the list.
