I think we should ALL go to our local nursing home and start a craft class like in HAPPY GILMORE... Can you only imagine? My grandmom used to make tissue box covers, t.p covers etc.. that looked like dolls, poodles etc... it could be worth MILLIONS MUH HA HA... the gov't would pay for it all, our elders would be entertained & we get to pay them back for not letting us wreck the tv & our brains while our parents were at work. I do a mix of 36 games & include a flashback 2 in most of my packages/ auctions it's a nice mix, plus it sparks interest for other games, and people have the benefit of NEW controllers. You'd be amazed at how many people ask about the controllers. Nathan I think you can vouch they are GREAT. the only ones I prefer are the tac's, even the wico's don't do it anymore.

I have a much better appreciation for them now than I did back in the day.

For the record, you guys mean Suncom. They made the Slik Stik, Starfighter, TAC-2 and many other quality joysticks. Now, I've read that some of you have broken your Flashback 2 joysticks. I don't suppose Atari is selling replacement sticks separately? The biggest reason I asked for, and received, my own FB2 unit this Xmas was so I could have two brand new Atari sticks! If you have a radio shack or computer place near you to get the ribbon, I have a few cart slots & flashback 2's

It is a video game brain, you plug the cart end into the ATARI unit and put 6 games into the slots then push the buttons on the side to switch between the games

As for shipping/Customs fees etc, the fact i cant get the items by any other means makes it worthwhile, but i guess you have to be expecting these and many buyers would probably find it a bit of a shock and blame the seller. An interesting fact tho is that it is cheaper to send a console from the US to the Uk than it would be just within the Uk thanks to the rip-off prices we have here :/ Cheers for the replies

The HEAVY SIXERS WITHOUT the select switch area were the FIRST ones released after that they had they switch underneath for the chanels. I asked my neighbor who was an authorized repair sop back in the day ( HOW'S THAT FOR A NICE NEIGHBOR TO HAVE !!! ) , and he said : The reason they went with the cheaper cases was 1) you could nort acces the switch easily and 2) the cost , not persay in that order.
