Perhaps this fact is well known but I have read in September 1982 issue 28 of Compute! magazine an interesting 3 pages article. Atari 800 and Apple II have been used to generate Tron's movie sound effects. You can also find three sound effects by Laurent Basset, who helped program many of the Atari sounds in Tron.

I have bought a new SIO2SD from an AtariAge user: I have paid $50.

Hey, I'm a recent ABBUC member and a coder (in the lower end of the scale...)! I don't understand German (perhaps the only ABBUC member) so I would like to read at least some contributions in English on the ABBUC Magazine. And I would like an English version of Atarionline.pl too!

And... one for me please!

Very beautiful epic tune. -
I had a problem with the RF coaxial cable of my VCS and I have discovered a spare Atari computer RF cable to use. I have found that the cable is rolled up around a ring inside a box (see picture). Why? This cable works perfectly.

The first program I've tested! In the next years I hope to play it in a even larger screen!

Just received Zelda and installed homebrew channel. WiiXL emulator is incredible! My Wii is connected to a 42" LCD via component cable and images and colors are wonderful. It's very nice to play games and look demos sitting on the sofa...

So you are Gary, one of the two students from Camberra who have written the book! When I was young I have bought it (Italian version) and typed in many listings! Incredible! -
Hi Joe. In my Italian language website dedicated to 8-bit Atari computers I have credited you as one of the designers of SIO and USB: http://www.santellocco.com/atari/info.htm I would be glad to hear all the interesting things you know, in particular Thank you very much for what you have done.

I'd definitely go for a populated unit if possible. I would take two populated units, I would kill myself with a soldering iron:) I too would like to buy one complete unit.

I too don't like this logo. It's not "real" Atari.

Do you know where we can find these scans?

So you switched from Medion (IIRC) to Samsung; good netbook, unfortunately not available in Italian Swiss.
