  1. Or whatever other production of this incredible level?
  2. True. I have read that variety is important to try to avoid Alzheimer's disease. For example, it's a good idea to change our place in bed, sofa etc. I don't know if changing games works too!
  3. You should ask to AA user Xebec's Demise! Alternate Reality: The City by Philip Price +Links thread
  4. Box arrived safely in Switzerland. This production (game, website, package) is state of the art!
  5. I have read your custom status "All your XFs belong to Ken" I think you mean MEtalGuy!
  6. Marcin, what is the colored bar in the lower part of the screen of your beautiful copperu?
  7. Rename the extension in .xex and the program will start with emulator.
  8. We all know that, compared to C64 (Stadium 64), but also compared to console like VCS or Intellivision, our computers have not so many good sports games. I miss a basketball like International Basketball a soccer game like Emlyn Hughes International Soccer and a tennis game like Match Point . I think, considering A8 limitations (few sprites) and strenghts (speed and DLI), tennis is a sport that can be simulated very well, surely better then Realsports Tennis; apart graphics, its gameplay cannot be compared to many other tennis (for example I like very much the simple and fast Gameboy Tennis gameplay).
  9. Sean, you have many friends in this forum so feel free to post your opinions; you don't have to be a skilled programmer, you don't have to have an high IQ to post here! In this way we will know that you are OK. If you don't remember to do it... ask your daughter to remind you!
  10. Thanks phil, this is being discussed yes. We're at the first beta release here so there are a few things to tick off the list. Thanks, now I feel better... I think that this game should be available for 64KB (maximum 128KB) machines (not for 16KB or 48KB machines, we don't want to make the same mistake of Atari - they continued to make 16/32/48KB stripped-down games till the end)! It would also be nice to have the opportunity to buy a package like Yoomp! but I think it's impossible due to copyrights.
  11. Awesome! Excuse my ignorance, is it possible to do a version that runs in 128KB (perhaps with multi-load screens)? EDIT The game runs perfectly with Atari800WinPlus 4.0.
  12. I agree. Thanks for let me discover the English word bloatware!
  13. Black eeePC can "easily" aesthetically modded to become an Atari XL and white to become an Atari XE! In that case I would buy this modded eeePC! Surely! For example I love ZX Spectrum's design.
  14. Heaven, not bad the clone. Beetle, there are many eeePC: 701, 900, 901... I am looking for a little laptop with a good keyboard, a decent display and a long-life battery to replace my notebook. I am fallen in love with eeePC 701 but I have realized that I don't need it. In the next months new models will appear and also Centrino 2 so I will make my decision carefully.
  15. You should work at Microsoft and design a new slim operating system to replace Vista!
  16. I too will buy something like eeePC, perhaps MSI Wind PC.
  17. Ah, I haven't seen that picture and I have thought your strange post was ironic!
  18. Seriously, though, this thread -- the pictures, anyway -- is probably not appropriate for this forum. Hope no kids are checking in. Well, I didn't think the mods would mind since the riskiest the picture has got is that she's just showing her stockings. I never thought of any kids being on here though. I agree with Ross PK, I don't think his image is not appropriate for this forum. Nowadays, unfortunately, not only on TV but also on the streets our kids may see many girls and children dressed (or undressed) in pornographics ways!
  19. I have SIO2PC USB version and it works perfectly; you can also use APE (the software) with Windows Vista.
  20. Yes, we don't need 8 multicolor sprites or SID to render a page and the higher clock frequency of Atari could be useful.
