I too would like an Atari monitor designed for 400/800, XL or XE computers.
XC1411 is perfect for Atari 130XE but unfortunately only a rare prototype:
Perhaps if you offer a lot of money you can find one.
In the meantime, you can buy a grey LCD TV/monitor like mine
and connect it to the computer using an s-video cable for maximum quality.

They are spending their free time to do the game, so it's up to them what and if they implement features... my 2 cents as coder...I agree.
We only can (gently) ask programmers to implement features.

little update, now you can move the gremlin around with joystick... I have just converted 3 animation phaes of the gremlin, so when moving down you see only the back...

What a coincidence.
Yersterday I have played some VCS' games and I have found that in some respects are better than A8.
For example, Ghostbusters' players of VCS' version, like C64, are multicolored.

Looks really good, but crashes for me in the emulator after a short while.Me too (in less than a minute). Looks fantastic though until it does!
After ~30 seconds the game freezes but if you press start you can continue (.atr version + Atari800WinPlus4.0).

I feel we should hack a 64K version of Ghostbusters that adds the missing 'He Slimed Me!' sample (e.g. from the C64)And add the missing players' colors!

For the people who liked the C64 stones more...The stones also got some "lightsource". The picture has 12 colours and people who don't know about DLI even do not recognize them.
I like those new stones and the lightsource effect.

I built MIOs for about 20 hours straight this weekend and got 3 assembled.I still have to burn-in test them, fit cases, and package them for shipping..

Like Heaven I am too old for those fanboy things.
I know that A8 is a computer born 3 years before C64 so I can stand the fact that in some respects C64 is better.
I also know that A8 in some respects is better than C64 but, although I am member of C64 forums, when I post there I don't write A8 is better for this, A8 is better for that.
When we write in other people's forums we must be diplomatic.
