    Adventure PC

Hmm VGR (he around anymore)? made a PC version of Adventure years ago but did not release it because of Atari not giving him permission. This is what I remember anyways...
  2. I finally took the dust cover off and played the game. It's very well done all around. A nice puzzle game that plays smooth on the 2600. Hard to put down!
  3. I have to admit the controls look nicer than the gp2x but damn.. that cart looks huge sticking out like that! I like the design!
  4. I like the look on the guy's face.. like I played this completely crap game beating 1000's of people and this is all I get?? But really the chalance looks cool. Someone needs to hire Ethan Hunt to get that sword!
  5. I'm not going to follow the link.. last time I just looked at it were 2 days of extremely BAD LUCK!! How much did it go for? =)
  6. Atari XE + 13 games Nice system with the hookups, I reccomend
  7. Just got it today. Doesn't fit into my 2600. I like the idea of taking the dust protector off, I'll see if I can do that.
  8. Thanks for the communication! I haven't recieved mine yet but when it comes I'll try it in my 4-switch woody.
  9. I don't think anyone who bought a C= plus 4 ever took it out of the box . Dang - thanks Riff - but I've got that model already, boxed as well! I've purchased two C-16s off eBay in the last year that both wound up lame upon receipt. Of course, they were both "untestable/sold as-is", so that's why I decided maybe I'd try my friends here instead of chancing it over there again!!! --Timster--
  10. I have a CIB C= Plus 4 if you are interested!! =)
  11. Send me the $2500 and I'll make sure it gets to em.
  12. Ok I didn't mean to imply in any way that the docs were not legit, just that the originals were not much more than a printed out letter. I haven't seen them myself so I could be wrong. It's not the same to me as an original manual or something thats all.
  13. I think people are over-valuing the docs on this one, and no, not just because I dont have them =) Unless the signature is right on the paper I think these are not much more than a PDF file printed on someone's laser printer. Someone set me straight again =)
  14. Wasn't much - he was selling all the slides and the 5x4 transparencies for $1 each if I remember right. On the manual layouts it was probably $3-$5. It was first come, first serve and I was the 2nd person to look over the stuff. I basically sat in the Best office for an hour picking stuff out until I was satisfied. The Adventurer manual layout is probably the coolest of em all.
  15. I sold my Boba Fette for less than $1. Also when I first started collecting classics I traded away a CIB Die-cast Yamato from Star Blazers(favorite cartoon growing up) for a Crazy Climber 2600 cart w/crappy label (grrr). I want that Yamato back!
  16. Hey nice work! I figured it wasn't porn but I liked it anyways =D Without knowing any japaneese, trying to play it was futile.
  17. Put up some pics and description of a Japaneese import from 1996 or so. Here is the only your springtime of life! If anyone knows more about this game (like what it's name really is) lets hear it.
  18. Yeah I noticed looking at it that I took that one backwards too. I should really set up a backlight board to show these off better.
  19. $1692.38 Just curious who is that?
  20. You can't really see the slides unless you look very close. You get the idea tho...
  21. CPUWIZ showed a backgammon box layout thing (nicely framed btw). Here's some of the same kind of stuff that I got from Best Electronics. I have hundreds of the slides and larger transparencies (5x4) and if anyone's interested in some of these, I will bring them to the CGE. Anyways there are lots of large images here, browse at your leisure!
  22. Yeah I'm pretty mad at myself for not bidding on the loose one from bfstats. In my case I already have a mint box.
  23. Thats pretty cool.. I didn't know old computer games on disk would go for this much. MULE was a great game for sure!
