  1. I programmed it. And no, you wont find spoons, because we were able to win that battle (to keep such a silly thing out). I had some awesome artists work on that game. I'm really proud of it. You worked on Death Valley Ralley? I was just playing that last night! I'll have to look for the spoons, I don't recall that part. Tempest
  2. Ninetendo did go overboard. I remember on SNES Road Runner's Death Valley Ralley we had Wile E Coyote throwing knives and forks at Road Runner in some scenes. They said we needed to take out the knives, so we did. Then they wanted to change the forks to spoons. Spoons? We fought em on that one and the forks remained in the game. But really.. they did get kind of silly. And there was no secret why the Genesis version of Mortal Kombat sold many more copies than the SNES version.
  3. Those look really cool =) At least there shouldn't be any problem stickin it in the 2600 jr slot
  4. Hey very nice TI-99.. looks in top shape with all those goodies too.
  5. Ahh that must have come out during my absence. I got a 7800 ntsc klax "proto" from Best Electronics a decade ago.. shoulda known =) Actually, I believe that is Lee's repro.
  6. I'm sure CPUWIZ can make ya one given enuf time =)
  7. don't even look at the urn.. trust me.
  8. I think you just won because General > Seargent =) Anyways carts shipped today, thanks for the bids.
  9. Yeah I'm surprised they went for that much. Mercury Hess told me they'd fetch this much, and he was right as usual.
  10. I will sell these. $190 for the perfect shrinkwrapped, $140 for the one that's had it's shrink torn at the top. I've been told that these are probably not very good for trying to turn into a supercharger type device or dev system. The idea of using them with home brew games is an interesting one. edit: prices loweres a bit. these items are really hard to price. edit: dealer pak and main box sold.
  11. I think it's pac-man or combat, a rom should exist somewhere I don't thnk I can insert it without damaging it. It's a one of a kind cart created by Zimot Industries, or "arton" as he was known on IRC. I don't know how many he made or who has the other ones but none are the same design. Hi what Kind of game is this? Does a rom exist? greetings gambler172
  12. I love the astrocade. I hope someone is selling some multicarts again at the CGE.
  13. Good call! *digs* Not recently... =)
  14. Of course the obvious answer is the CGE in Vegas coming up. I don't think you could get the MGM, but maybe the MGM parking lot. I'd pay to see if it wasn't too much.
  15. Speaking of which.. Something cool
  16. Dragster is a very good game. It's very simple yet requires very good timing and joystick control. And you can never say you got boned by a random number.. if you mess up it's all on you. It is an excellent example of how a game can be replayable without having to memorize anything or rely on random numbers. As for worst game, Froggo stuff came to mind. It might take some time to narrow it down to just 1 or 2 titles.
  17. Totally forgot I had these...
  18. Auction Over! Thanks to all who participated. Will PM winners.
