Intellivision Ebay Roundup
riffraff replied to IntellivisionDude's topic in Intellivision / Aquarius
Given all the "varients" on the intellivision games/manuals/boxes/overlays and that this is an even more specialized title (being ECS) I had no idea this was desired. Not complaining Overall good news about those overlays. Thanks for the info! -
Intellivision Ebay Roundup
riffraff replied to IntellivisionDude's topic in Intellivision / Aquarius
I got an offer to have a BIN added about 10 minutes after it listed, and it was then that I noticed that the other versions of this game available are all of the World Series Baseball type box/manual. I had no plans for BIN's on these auctions so will just let them run their course. The world series version looks to have overlays. I mean to say that I've seen overlays around the internet but I am not sure if someone made them or if the game shipped with them. -

[Aquarius] Homebrew project Robotwon 2525
riffraff replied to barnieg's topic in Intellivision / Aquarius
Way cool! Glad to see the aquarius getting some homebrew love. I programmed an artillery duel game using the basic when I was about 13 years old. Sadly I did not have the cable to hook up to a cassette player to save the program =) -
Anyone collect Atari 2600 label variations?
riffraff replied to riffraff's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
I will have to really look through them to see what's special but mostly they are very small differences between labels on common games. I am not sure why I wanted to collect so many variations.. but I did in some cases. Hmm I forgot that I had put these into my database.. Now here is a list although it may be out of date (I'm sure I've sold some games that weren't taken out of the DB) http://www.riffraffgames.com/cgi/games.cgi?2600/h/1/b/t LabType = label type (usually text or picture) LabFG = color of the foreground text LabBG = color of the background Misc = some other way to try and describe the variation Again, I don't have everything on the list, but most of the common stuff that has label variations I should still have. -
I have a decent label variation collection and will be selling games off in the near future. Just thought I'd check to see if anyone here is interested before I piece things out. LMK

Does anybody have more information on this 2600 Falcon console?
riffraff replied to riffraff's topic in Atari 2600
*sadface* Well at least I didn't post a link to the relisted item. I was just trying to figure out if anyone knew anything more about this, not gain additional exposure for a sale. -
Should be a few games that use a knob control. Dog Patch, ZZZap, Clowns/Brickyard, football (I think), Tornado baseball. War's rom has not been released. I'll probably do that in the future. I really want to see this USB adapter come out for Bally emu. Wish I could help beta test right now but in the middle of a move. Very hectic right now.

LOL, Sounds like automation did you in! I was curious. (When I first read this post, I thought you meant 13 British Pounds, then I realized, that would still only be about $20 (I think)) No automation just it always chooses the weight the same for whatever was listed last unless you manually change it. The item before that must have been the 45 intv games =) Anyways I re-listed it. I'll get a chance to test it soon. Hopefully I can tell if it's NTSC or not. -

ARGH! The shipping is listed at 13 pounds. Only way to fix this is to relist it now that there's a bid. *smashes head into desk* Edit: relisted, the new listing will show up at 6pm PST today (Friday). -

Shipping shouldn't be that much. I'll double-check to verify the weight is right. I'm pretty sure this is under 4 pounds. -
At least 1 auction a day - everything must go! PS1 Collection, more
riffraff replied to riffraff's topic in Auction Central
A lot of the Genesis stuff went for .99 (or didn't sell).. oh well. The goal is to get these games moved to a new home and so far it's been a success. I am pretty worn out tho and ready for it to end. Doing so many auctions is very tiring. What's that? Another $1.50 single game going to France? sigh -
These are awesome-sauce. one of the final auctions added to my At-least-1-auction-a-day.. a 7800 bundle is there now as well. If I were keeping any of the 7800 collection it would probably be these controllers. I never could get used to the standard ones.
