Does anyone know which version of Sean's cart I have here? It doesn't have the dipswitches from 1.2 and previous versions but the label is somewhat different than what I've seen of the 2.0 versions (where he has a © 2002 on the label).

I never got around to doing the homebrew programming on the vectrex so this is still "new in the box"

Guys I've run out of popcorn! ;( I know you are both good traders as I've done deals with both of you and it saddens me to see AA guys fight. It sucks when you don't get what you expect but reputation means a lot in this community. You should try and work it out in PM's instead of bashing each other in public.

Without closely inspecting a lot of these it's hard to tell what is for 5200 etc. There is quite a lot for each system tho.

I agree that is good strategy but they should allow you to get some acid-proof boots or let you jump over the puddle if you do mess up. Not leaving the player any option other to die in some cases is not good design.. and I'm sticking to that

My first impression is that it is very different from most FPS from that time, there seems to be more strategy involved. I've already made the mistake of killing aliens in front of a door way leaving puddles of acid that I cant get around.
I actually think this is not very good game design. The acid puddles can technically prevent you from beating the game. They should always give you some way to correct a mistake like that without having to start over.
I think AvP was pretty decent for when it came out. As others have said it does feel very dated now.
But think about it.. Aliens.... Predators.. BOTH IN ONE GAME?!? Way ahead of it's time =)

I wasn't really trying to hype this for sale, just was curious if any of the other Zimot carts still existed and if anyone knew more about them (how many were made, what ever happened to Arton, etc.)

I was just stating that they are original in that they are the ones from Atari and not some reproduction. I suppose I could have worded it better.

I put it up for .49 start. I suppose I should relax my "will only ship via priority mail" rule for this item but oh well. As we've seen on Jay Leno's show you can never really tell what will sell on ebay lol.

Back in the mid 90's there was a guy on IRC called Arton. He crafted some hand-made artworks using cartridges.
I don't remember how many he made. I don't know if he's still around, but I do have Zimot cart #2
Anyone rmember Arton?

Most Bally games aren't worth much at all in terms of collectables. That "Incredible Wizard," however, is about as fine a port of Wizard of Wor as you will ever see and a joy to play 1 or 2 players.

I think if you had to choose any single game it would get boring eventually.
