Keep putting on the Oragel/Anbesol. I had pain way up into my cheekbone last year and had to bring the stuff to work with me.

The fourth day will be the worst but it'll start getting better after that. I had 14 teeth pulled in January and I survived it, just had to make sure to take my Hydrocodone on schedule every 6 hours for 5 days afterwards and it wasn't too bad.
